Vitacost.com states that they ship their products within 24 hour. It took them 5 business days to ship mine. Each time I called their customer service department, they had promised me that the shipment is going out that day. Next day I would found out it never did.
Also, I sent them email asking for the real date that my shipment will go out, I did not get any response till this day.
Their on line chat does not work most of the time, at least I get no response from them at all. Only time somebody did respond at their on line chat, was when I left the chat running and forgot about it. It took them over twenty minutes. Vitacost customer service is not reliable at all.

I want to add that I have been a vitacost customer for a long time, mainly because of their competitive prices. Each time I shop I spend minimum of $200 on my order. My last order was $323.  I would expect a little more appreciation than that.
I have learned that other websites offer same day shipping and free delivery. However, vitacost most of the time is the cheapest. You have to have a lot of patience to deal with them.
Overall good prices, but do not expect much from them either!
