I placed three orders with this company, with problems on two of them.
First order, no problem.
Second order, I got one-third of what I ordered but was charged full shipping. I would not have ordered if I had known in advance. Customer service offered no assistance. With an attitude, no less!
Oh well, maybe no big deal I tell myself and, stupid me, place a third order. This one takes the prize. I ordered over $120 worth of krill oil capsules (3 bottles, 300 capsules per bottle) to receive the $10-off offer if paying directly through their e-billing option. That should have alerted me - no credit card complaint possibilities if there is a problem. There was a problem, one I didn't think about but that they should have. The order shipped UPS ground, and took a week to get here. Here is San Antonio, Texas. The order shipped from Los Angeles, California. I guess if it was wintertime, it would have been fine, but the temperatures were in the 90s and this is basically fish oil we're talking about.
It arrived reeking, right through the bottles. I opened one and, again foolishly, swallowed two capsules. I paid the penalty over the next couple days. So I called customer service to see what my options were. There were 17, yes SEVENTEEN, calls ahead of me. I suppose it was nice of them to let me know that information. So I emailed instead and here is the response I received - you be the judge as to whether this is a company you would do business with:
"They are fish smelling because they are fish pills and we can issue you an RA (return authorization) code to have the 2 return and credited back to your credit card but will have to pay for the shipping cost to have the items returned and you will credited only for the amount of the 2 Krill oils."
Lack of proper service, served with an in-your-face attitude - that is what you get from this company.
