  I felt compelled to write because unlike some of the reviewers postings of bad experiences with Vitacost, I just completed my first order with them, and it went very smoothly and I was completely satisfied with them overall.
  I had placed a $50 order and even though some of the brand name items I had ordered said there'd be a 5-10 day wait on their availability, I received my entire order today, via UPS, and it's only been nine days since I placed the order, which is a very decent turnover time by my standards.
 All the items in my order were correct, very freshly dated (dated 2-3 yrs in the future), and the email shipping notification communication was excellent.
  I had paid by credit card using Paypal, which I felt very secure in using. 

  Yes, I did see the "free shipping" option, but as with anything saying it's "free", you need to read the fine print, nothing ever really is,unfortunately, and I opted out, not wanting to sign up to join the "free shipping" program for a monthly fee.  No problem there.

  So all in all, I had a pleasant experience and would have no qualms about ordering from them again in the future.
  
  Just thought I'd post this, so you could hear both sides of the coin.  And no, I don't work for the company or have any hidden motive to write a false postive review.  I just read all the bad experiences people have had and wanted to share a good one.
  I have ordered from other vitamin companies in past and Vitacost, was just as good, if not better, than those, IMHO.
