I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and purchase a lot of herbs and supplements. I have been shopping at Vitacost for the past 2 years, every few months or so, and have NEVER had a problem. Their prices are substantially cheaper than any other on-line or retail store, and I have always received my products on a timely basis. Although I live near one of their warehouses, I even received one shipment overnight. Usually it takes 2 to 4 days, depending on when you order.

I have also ALWAYS received the free shipping, which they promise when you spend over $100.00, which I usually do. I have also always received all the products I ordered,in one shipment, unlike another on-line company I use(because Vitacost doesn't carry one particular brand) that always seems to be out of product.

They have always honored the coupons etc. that they send with their monthly catalogs, and emails. I received 5% off certain brands on my last order.

As for the $10.00 off coupon option that pops up after you've ordered: not a good idea, on their part, BUT it is obvious it is NOT part of Vitacost. I checked it out the first time I ordered there, but chose not to participate. Just because it's a $10.00 off coupon doesn't mean you have to jump at it.

I love Vitacost. My only gripe is that they don't carry the Solaray brand of herbs, which means I have to purchase it elsewhere. It would be much handier to buy all my products from one merchant, but I would not hesitate to recommend them.

In fact, my sister also purchases from Vitacost and has never had a problem.
