My order was placed on March 27, 2009. I called to ask about a tracking source to see where my products were on April 3, 2009. It seemed to be a mystery to the employee as to what tracking was all about. Finally someone said they would call me back possibly later in the afternoon to give me information. I had to call them back after 4PM to get the answer that I was sent an email. I received the email about 6:30 with a tracking number from UPS. The informaion on the UPS tracking page said the order was delivered to them for pickup on APril 3, 2009. (The order was placed on March 27th as stated above.) UPS states that they will deliver on APril 9, 2009. I can't tell you in what condition it will arive or if it will arive at all. I have ordered supplements and vitamins from other sources like the Vitamin Shoppe with much better service and more informed employees on the phone. This will probably be the last order to go to this merchant.

I placed an order with VitaCart on 3/6. A message was left at my home five business days later that an item in my order was out of stock. Of course this was not indicated when I placed the order. The only option given was to call back within two days or   Read full review...

Am VERY disappointed with this company.  I placed my order 5 days ago.  The item has not shipped, I do not have a tracking number, and the customer "service" department will not return my phone calls.  I don't understand how such a terrible company keeps a customer base.

I ORDERED VITS ON SAT. THEY DID NOT SHIP THEM OUT TILL THE FOLLOWING WED, AFTER I ASKED THEM TO SHIP ASAP.
I PAID $7.00 SHIPPING ON A $23 ORDER AND IT TOOK OVER 10 DAYS TO ARRIVE AT MY HOME.

I checked on my order and didn't see that it had shipped after several days. I emailed their customer service for an update. Got a short answer that the items weren't in stock. There was no indication when on the website or on my order that they were out of stock. I ordered from this company because it appeared everyone else was out. Maybe an error on my part, but it appeared that there would be free shipping on orders over $80.00, but shipping showed on my order. When I inquired, they said that was only on Vitamin orders. Plenty of other companies to do business with. I still haven't received my order.

The company has many gift products but no gift card went with the package. The person who received the gift had no idea who had sent it. They called the company to find out the information. Some way of indicating who send the package is critical.
