I would stay away from VisualApex. I ordered a plasma and asked about an email, which did not include a tracking number. I then send 5 emails over 2 days with no answer, then received a nasty call from their regional director. Since I do not have the ability to use my phone for the rest of the month, and their inability to simply answer an email, they have very much let me down.

I paid more for this purchase but from the first inquiry to the purchase, I have had nothing but snooty customer service reps acting like their company is high brow due to their stellar reviews, but fail to come through after the purchase was made. As I look at pricegrabber, there is not one single negative review. Which makes me think they are either in bed with pricegrabber, or the negative reviews get deleted. You just don't ignore the customer like that regardless. You may disagree, but I would rather put my money with a company who at least does what they say they do.

Best place to buy a plasma/lcd tv is VisualApex.com, they were so helpful when it came to any and all of my questions. I'm a first time plasma buyer and was worry about where to buy this tv. Visual apex was able to fulfill all my needs with shipping to basic understanding on what kind of connection the tv comes with and what i'll be needing for my home theatre setups. I purchased the Panasonic TH-42PH9UK 42" plasma TV, and the pedestal stand. You can not find a better place with top of the line customer service and I have to say the Cheapest Price!!!! on the Internet.....

Overall I give this TV and Visual Apex top 5 stars... I would definitely buy from Visual Apex and recommend anyone buying a plasma or lcd to buy from visual apex as they are the "LEADER" of internet tv buying stores!!!

I purchased the Optoma DV-10 MovieTime projector. I had read many reviews prior to making my purchase, and Visual Apex was held in high regard according to the reviews. Let me just say that the reviews all ring true. The customer service has been stellar. They have continued to follow up with me to make sure I am pleased with my purchase. I recently purchased a 50" Panasonic commercial plasma TV from Visual Apex and was completely satisfied with the experience. I was a bit hesitant about getting such a large purchase via the internet, but the price was so low that I decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier. Everything went very smooth. I scrubbed the internet for a few months while I was getting up the nerve to spend the money on a 50" plasma HDTV. I stumbled across Visual Apex -- they had prices competitive (okay, lower) than the big boys, they offered manufacturer's rebates and free 5-year extended in-home warranty (available at the time), and the option for warehouse pick-up (no shipping charge; obviously not a practical option if you live far from the Seattle area; it was a 450 mile round trip for me, but still worth it). The items ordered were available for pickup (or shipment, if that option had been chosen) within just a day or two of when the order was placed. There was NO sales pitch for unneeded accessories, service contracts, or other stuff. They provided me with just what I ordered; no more, no less; just the way I like it. Added bonus: superb after-the-sale technical support experience (solving a hook-up problem I had that the cable company couldn't solve).

Ordered online after reading the great reviews for the Panasonic TH-50PH9UK plasma display. Visual Apex had the best price, and they allowed local pickup from their warehouse in the Seattle area. Communication after the sale was excellent, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up.

this is my second experience with visual Apex. the first was in 2002. both purchases have been easy and stress free. the first required a telephone call to order the product, however this time i was able to complete the entire ordering process on-line. their prices are very competitive and i have been very pleased with their service and the products. i have recommended them to anyone and everyone who wishes to buy a plasma.

I purchased a 42" Panasonic plasma monitor and stand from VisualApex. They provided the best customer service of any online shopping I have ever done. They notified me in advance with the shipping info, and their shipping service was first-rate -- the delivery driver even helped us unpack and inspect the monitor. A nice personal touch is that they included at no charge the BNC adapters that the monitor requires for the component video cables. We even got personal follow-up from their Program Manager, who helped us with rebates. (When was the last time a merchant helped you with a rebate!!?). I highly recommend VisualApex - great price, great products, great service. What more could you want?

I had a question about shipping timing so I contacted VA before I placed my order. They replied back promptly and with the answer I needed. I placed my order and received my Plasma exactly when I wanted (slightly delayed over their normal delivery times to arrive after Christmas). I purchased an Optoma projector and a GreyWolf screen from Visual Apex. Price was competitive, and I received everything I ordered on time and in good condition. Everything worked properly out of the box. What impressed me most was the fact that Visual Apex followed up a couple weeks later to check on me. I highly recommend Visual Apex. I purchased a Panasonic 50inch pro plasma last month, and they had the best price. I was delivered within one week, and it was in perfect shape. The delivery of my Panasonic was one of the fastest deliveries I've experienced. It was in my home in a week! And then a follow up phone call within days to see if I was satisfied. I researched dozens of sellers before choosing Visual Apex. Service, reliability and price were the deciding factors. I especially like the project calculator utility as it allowed me to get a great result on my projector installation. These guys did everything they said they would do. Don't be dissuaded by Visual Apex's low prices; I have ordered twice from them, and both times my ordering process was met with product availability, the lowest trustworthy price on the Internet, and fast shipping (the second order arrived at my doorstep three days after ordering and about three days before it was scheduled for delivery! And it was shipped from WA to NC!). Paying low prices usually means putting up with substandard customer service but this is not the case at Visual Apex, where orders are confirmed and followed up on by your own "program manager". The overwhelmingly positive reviews of this vendor should clue you in - don't hesitate to purchase your next digital display from Visual Apex!

If you are looking for an online store that cares about your business, Visual Apex is the place to do business. I recently bought the Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector from them and was pleased. Next I got a follow-up e-mail asking if there was anything else they could do for me. At the time I was looking for a projector screen from Dalite, but they did not carry it. So I asked if it was possible if they had it and did not advertize it on their website. I got a phone call and inquired detailed information about the screen, and ordered it for me. My purchase was also the biggest item (size (5.5'x4.5'x,1.75') weight (200 lbs), and price) I have ever ordered on-line. I would recommend VISUAL APEX. My experience with them was excellent. They did not try to substitute units or sell me any extras. The shipping was excellent and fast, with tracking all the way – plus a phone call the day before to set up a delivery time. The unit was also double boxed for safe shipping. The company also called me after a week or so to make sure I was satisfied, and I was having no problems with the unit.

I have been shopping for a Panasonic plasma TV for about 6 months. My major concern was with damage from shipping. Most of the online dealers told me that, once the unit left their warehouse, I would have to deal with the shipper or the manufacturer if the plasma arrived damaged or not working. NOT SO WITH VISUAL APEX . They have an in-house 30-day warranty, should there be any initial problems, besides the normal manufacturer’s warranty.
