Easy to navigate website, and delivery was handled well. This is a great alternative for the best deals around on home theater equipment. They know their stuff; they provided a nice touch by enclosing in the shipment a few connectors for my plasma that I'd otherwise would have had to hunt around for.

Two years ago, I purchased a BENQ projector from Visual Apex and was pleased with the service - they were helpful in helping me determine what I needed. Rather than buying more than I needed, they steered me to the product that met my exact requirements.

When our Rotary club needed a projector, I again turned to Visual Apex. They recommended an EPSON projector, again based on our exact requirements.

Buying from Visual Apex was extremely positive and stress-free experience. Purchasing a plasma TV can be daunting, but they kept it down to earth. I ended up spending about 1/3 of what I expected, and am thrilled with it! Shipping was smooth and was here before they said it would! They even followed up the purchase with a call. It doesn't get any better. It felt like a leap of faith to buy a plasma TV sight unseen from a business clear across the country, but all the positive feedbacks also swayed me. I ordered a Panasonic TH-50PZ700U from Visual Apex. Their price was the lowest (inclusive of shipping). The whole process went flawlessly. After I ordered the plasma I promptly received shipping information including a link to the freight company used and a tracking number. The freight company delivered it early within the 4 hour delivery window. The box was in perfect condition and was handled very carefully by the delivery person. I would not hesitate to order from Visual Apex again, and am happy to support an avsforum.com sponsor.

I had a great experience w/visual apex. They were very proactive w/their customer service, delivery and follow-up. I even had my sister order a tv from there as well. I ordered a Pioneer Plasma 5080HD and it arrived on time in perfect condition and worked fine. Visual Apex even emailed me after to check on my order, which is unusual for any of these companies. I used newegg.com on my last tv and had a horrible experience with them. Visual Apex was 100% better than them!

I Purchased a 42" panasonic HD plasma. I picked visual apex because of their great prices and awesome customer service. Ive purchased projectors from them before.
I am glad I picked them because when my plasma arrived damaged, they were quick to respond by shipping another unit and also arranged for pickup of the damaged unit.

Visual Apex gives great prices and excellent customer service. I found out about VA through word of mouth and the transaction was perfect. I live in an apartment building in NYC, and they even called before shipping to make sure if any special delivery requirements were necessary. Traditional brick & mortar electronics stores are a rip-off...Visual Apex offers the best professional equipment at low prices.

This is my 2nd projector that I have bought from them and they have as good as service as always. I went first to projector people and they tried to force a certain brand of projector on me. I went back to visual apex and they talked, told me pro's and cons, and did not make fun of my decision. I got a sanyo Z5 and its a great projector with a great warranty.

So if your thinking about buying a projector do so from visual apex they will take care of you with a good price and great customer service.

These guys are awesome. I was wary about ordering a plasma on line -- there are lots of those NY/NJ box shops out there with glowing reviews, but most of the reviews are written by shills. Several I spoke with had salesmen who knew next to nothing about the product (but tried to claim they did) and barely spoke English. Caveat emptor!

No need to worry with this company - they are A-1! Customer service is fantastic and they shipped my TV same day. It arrived less than a week later from the Pacific Northwest. Most importantly, they have knowledgeable salespeople who are available on the phone and can answer any questions with 100% accuracy.

I purchased a Panasonic projector pt-ax100u from visual apex on-line. All the info I needed was easy to find with links all on one page. At the time there were other on-line stores with the same price with rebate, but visual apex had free shipping included. This usually takes 5-7 days to receive the order. I was pleasantly surprised when the projector arrived in 2 days. I was contacted through e-mail by visual apex to see if I had received the order in good condition. which it was! Recently bought a 50" Pioneer plasma from VA and could not be happier with their service. The TV arrived quickly and in excellent condition. But VA went above and beyond with their customer service. I recently purchased a 50" Panasonic Plasma display from Visual Apex. Their website was clean and easy to navigate. Their price was excellent. I bought a Panasonic PT-AE1000U projector. The price was just a bit higher than Bronx electronic stores, but they made it up by giving a break on 2 day shipping...didn't want the expensive projector shipped ground. CSR who took my order was exceptionally helpful with the ordering process and followed up with an email within 24 hours on the status of the shipment. Received the projector in excellent condition. Received another email and follow up phone call from the manager after a week checking up satisfaction.

Will definitely shop here again...one suggestion I have for them is to expand their product line...to take on Best Buy and Circuit City.

Starbucks, Southwest Airlines and Nordstrom- (3 best customer service companies) Watch out...you have competition.

I was very reluctant to make such a large purchase from an on-line merchant, however, based on the many positive reviews and excellent price, I decided to purchase a 50" Panasonic from VisualApex. The entire purchasing experience was beyond my expectations with personal phone calls confirming my order, order status emails, prompt delivery (1 week), and a follow up email to find out if everything was okay.

I recently made a second purchase of a 42" Panasonic Plasma. This purchase experience was the same, if not better, with a ship date on a Monday and a delivery four days later.

My husband and I were hesitant to make such a big purchase (50" plasma tv) from an online retailer. After much research and many comparisons, we decided to order from Visual Apex. Not only did we save hundreds of dollars, we got our tv in pristine condition in a matter of days. Their customer service also called a couple of weeks later to make sure we got everything we needed. What stands out the most about this company—sales or service? I’d say both. After purchasing a Panasonic plasma for the lowest price around, I ran into a problem a few days later with the shipping company, who claimed the set had already been delivered. Well, it hadn’t, so, in a panic, I called Visual Apex, and they made their calls and before long the shipping company was calling me and apologizing for the screw-up and arranging a convenient delivery time. This is an example of the way these folks follow through with things. Great prices plus super service equals a great place to go for home electronics.
