I bought an Epson Home Theater 6100 projector from Visual Apex several months ago. They had the second-cheapest price on the internet, and their reviews made them sound incredible. Sure enough, the projector arrived quickly, with exactly what I ordered, and it worked perfectly. They even called me to follow up and see if everything was ok.
When they sent me an email for feedback, I mentioned that it was great but that the instructions for assembling the projector mount could have been clearer. They called me back personally to apologize for the unclear assembly instructions!
Oh, and did receive the manufacturer rebate for a free bulb. I've never had such great service from a "discount" company. How do these guys make any money? I don't know, but I'll definitely buy from them again.
P.S. The Epson projector is awesome, I now have a 12-foot TV!

Ordered a Panasonic PT AX200U video projector.  It was shipped immediately and arrived by FEDEX one day sooner than expected.  This is a FIRST CLASS company and I receive superior service because of it.  One simple question and I receive royal treatment!  Both the owner and service tech called to make sure I was satisfied.  I have never been treated better.  This should be rated SUPER ++ in my book.

When I ordered this projector, the salesman was extremely helpful.  We confirmed that this was the projector for me, that it did what I was looking for.  He was knowledgeable and professional all the way.  I am quite advanced in electronic know how and there was no false promise or false info...the salesman was dead on right about everything.

As I said above, I have never been treated so well before this.  I highly recommend doing business with Visual Apex.

After checking many, many, online sites I purchased my Panasonic projector from Visual Apex. They had the lowest price (by a few cents) but, more important to me, they had a very reasonably priced extended warranty (cheaper than Projector People, whom I have bought from before).
F-A-S-T shipping! VA even called me after I got the projector to see how things worked out!

Visual Apex has great prices and customer service. The projector I purchased was $200 cheaper than anywhere else I could find and Trust! I was notified when my order was received, processed, shipped, and when they expected me to have received it to make sure everything was okay with my order. I highly recommend Visual Apex. I recently bought an Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 720 projector and adjustable ceiling mount from their website. I checked the price all over the web and local electronic stores and Visual Apex had the best price. The order was processed very fast and shipping was also quick...had my packages in just a few days. They communicated well by email after the sale and again after I got my delivery. After research, I finally decided on the Panasonic PT-AE2000U projector. I picked Visual Apex because they matched the lowest price that was out there but what made my decision to purchase from them was the Great Feedback I saw.
Now, it is my turn.
Visual Apex helped me with quite a few questions I had and were very patient. My experience with them matches my best I've had on the net. They will be in my favorites and will come Highly Recommended from me!

I recently purchased the Panasonic PT-AE2000U High Definition projector from Visual Apex. I was amazed at the customer service which far exceeded any on-line shopping experience I have had to date. I received a quick reply and answers to my questions. Although the order was delayed a week waiting for delivery from Panasonic, it was really worth the wait. The staff at Visual Apex kept me advised of the status and shipped it on the first working day following they received it. When I requested they add a screen to the order, they had it shipped with the remainder of my purchase. The equipment arrived very well packed (the projector was double boxed) and setup was completed in less than 2 hours. Visual Apex e-mailed a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the order, and then followed that reply up with a phone call. Talk about Customer Support! What a GREAT company to do business with! I will be sure to recommend them to friends who ask where I bought this great projector.

My first experience with Visual Apex could not have gone better. I ordered a 50" Panasonic plasma display panel from them on a Monday morning, they sent it out that afternoon and it arrived that Friday. Their shipping company wheeled it right into my condominium where we unboxed and inspected the unit (there were no problems). Even the box was undamaged. The Visual Apex price was very competitive but it was the service that puts them at the top of my list. When a company contacts a customer to check on their level of satisfaction, that company is interested. I'm a fan!

Beware companies that show "In Stock" but "will ship within three days". They don't have stock, they have a phone number for their distributor. When VA says it's "In Stock", it is!

I truly never expected the top level sales and service I received from Visual Apex. My anticipations were to purchase a product at the best price not expecting anything else but receive in on time. When I contacted Visual Apex I found the salesperson extremely helpful during the sale. Knowledge of the product as well as the other options that existed aided greatly during the transaction. After receiving the product I was contacted by VA to make sure I received it and was pleased with the purchase. It has been a total pleasure to deal with VA.

Optoma HD70 Projector

I have nothing but great things to say about my shopping experience with Visual Apex. I had been conducting a lot of research in an effort to add the best and most affordable visual High-Def element to my new home theater and spent a lot of time viewing content on both the Optoma and Visual Apex website. When I was ready to buy, I purchased the HD70 through Visual Apex and received what I would consider to be the best customer care process of any internet-based transaction I have made in the past year. If you've ever had someone "overcommunicate" something to you, you definitely come away from the experience feeling more confident and self-assured.

Spending $1,000 or more with an e-tailer might give some shoppers pause, but I can't express any misgivings, simply because Visual Apex's on-line ordering, shipping notification and thorough follow-up processes are second-to-none. In addition to receiving both a free high-quality ceiling mount and dust cover, Visual Apex did a fine job of making it easy for me to claim the manufacturer's rebate of $200.

I purchased a Panasonic projector in 2004 and when it was time to upgrade this year Visual Apex was my choice again. My brother and nephew purchased their projectors from Visual Apex also. Fast courteous service, shipped out same day, email notifications for shipping and tracking, everything you are looking for without the hassle of the theater store hard selling you the brand the have too many of on the shelf. I purchased a Panasonic AX200U from them as well as a 700U a few years ago. I had great experiences both time. They shipped the same day as the order, had the very best prices, and the customer service is nothing like I've experienced since the web.

They have a great web presence and great customer service on the phone. I've never seen both at the same company previously. This time I had the pleasure to work with the president of the company and he took over 30 minutes to explain everything and discuss the state of the art in projectors and what best suited my needs. A wonderful shopping experience.

I ordered a large flat panel HDTV. Prior to ordering, the few questions and concerns that I had were immediately responded to by email and were answered to my satisfaction. When I initiated the order, it was in stock and shipped the same day. I was notified when the order was received and when it was shipped along with a link to the UPS site so that I could track the shipping. The order arrived within 5 days in excellent condition. Visual Apex is an authorized dealer for the Pioneer TV which I purchased. They have continued to follow up after the delivery to make sure that I am satisfied.

I recently purchased a large, expensive TV from Visual Apex. The display arrived in pristine condition - there wasn't one dent, ding, scrape or cut on the carton. The freight driver was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. To say that I am completely delighted with my new 60" plasma display and the experience of ordering through Visual Apex would be an understatement. I would order from them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

It is a somewhat daunting prospect to order a $5000 piece of fragile video equipment sight unseen, but Visual Apex performed flawlessly before, during and after the sale. Thank you for a most excellent online shopping experience!

Let me start out by saying that Visual Apex is amazing. The level of their customer service is outstanding and they have easy ordering options. I ordered over the phone and their customer service was well informed, polite and helpful. They definitely made purchasing from them a pleasure. I ordered a projector and screen and received them both within a week. It was exactly what I ordered. Their prices are very competitive and they even gave me a great deal on the screen. In a world of confusing acronyms, lingo and abbreviations choosing a home theater setup that will truly 'wow' you and be affordable is nearly impossible!

I've been researching HDTV / Home theaters for months and when I finally decided to go with a front projector, I had to start all over again - how does one choose a front projector when there are so few big box stores that actually have demo units on display, have sales people that know something about them, and have really competitive prices? Answer is online shopping and research.

Research for me started with Projectorcentral.com - seemingly unbiased reviews of both equipment and resellers. After froogling and searching I decided to make a few calls to resellers to ask questions.

After calling Visual Apex and speaking with Jim J. I was sold. I was treated well, had my questions answered well and to my satisfaction. I'm a newbie at this and can greatly appreciate the time Jim took in answering my simple questions.

Price and shipping were the best around combined with personal service - I would rate Visual Apex number 1 for any online reseller I have used.

I bought a Panasonic at-200u projector from Visual Apex. I had a lot of questions which were completely answered. The order was delivered on the promised date. I was however missing an HDMI cable.
