Over the past few years, I ordered 2 plasma monitors and 1 Optima projector from Visual Apex. I am the type of person that like to call a live person to ask about the specifics or to clarify some of the product's features. For each of my orders, the salesperson was knowledgeable about the company's products. I didn't receive the "attitude" to some of my questions. Customer service also was responsive and courteous. I just didn't feel like I have to struggle to get my point across. All my orders were correct and I was charged appropriately. For one of my orders, I had a questions about one of the charges, and that was dealt with promptly by the company. Even the delivery company they used is good. The last delivery was from DHL. From my perspective, it was right on time. They promised me a noon delivery, and the truck arrived at my house at 12:10. The delivery guy called at 11:50 and 12:05 to let me know where he was. He was polite and friendly-didn't have a problem waiting for me to inspect the product.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this outfit, and I have recommended the company to friends and family.
