I purchased a 50" Pioneer plasma, an Oppo DVD player and wall mount through Visual Apex on Nov 19. While price was not the lowest, it was very competitive and I had read good reviews on-line, so I decided to go with a more established name for such a large purchase. I was amazed at how smoothly the process went. Online ordering was easy to complete and no annoying sales calls disguised as "follow-up calls." I was able to track the delivery of the items on-line. I was caught off-guard by the quick delivery of the plasma - order placed Monday, delivered Wednesday - without paying for 2 day shipping! Delivery was easy - just met the guy at the designated time (shipping company made sure I knew what time to be there). Box arrived in great condition - no damage. All equipment delivered and works as promised. While I did not need to use customer service, I did receive a follow-up letter and phone call to make sure everything was delivered satisfactorily (no sales pitch involved). I plan on using Visual Apex in the future. Overall an excellent experience - I would recommend Visual Apex to my family and friends.
