I decided to buy Pioneer plasma TV from them after a long search on the internet. I was under impression that they are respectable company. They are "authorized" seller. they claim to "take care of customer before, during and after the purchase" and so on. One of the things that made me buy from them was the logo "trusted delivery" prominently displayed on the link for Pioneer plasma TV I was buying.
Well, box arrived in a very damaged condition. I examined TV and couldn't find any damage, so I signed the delivery sheet with the note that box was damaged. After one week, I discovered damage on the side of the TV (cracked plastic) and on the back (sturdy metal case was so dented, it could have been caused only by some kind of heavy blows). I reported it to Visual Apex and initially, they asked me to send them pictures, which I did. After that I never heard of them again. After a full week and after my repeated enquires they sent me a one-line e-mail that "they can't replace TV due to the delay". Delay refers to the fact that you have only 24 hours to report damage to the TV. Their "customer care" was unresponsive and I had to send repeated emails at every step, just to get negative one liners.
So, my advice is, be very careful with this seller. And good luck if you decide to buy from them.
