I was Leary of making such a large purchase on line with all of the available merchant options and prices to choose from. I chose Visual Apex because of the written customer review and felt that the price was in line or slightly better than most. At the end of the day, price is not the most important factor when buying an expensive item. After I place my order with Visual Apex for my professional series plasma monitor, my worries went away. I received my monitor before the expected delivery date and was pleased and surprised that it was delivered by a professional shipping company. I am extremely pleased with the service and support of Visual Apex who made sure that I had all of the necessary components and cables to connect my new monitor. The section for "Accessories" made it easy to pick the proper wall mounting brackets, cables and add on modules for connectivity. I was surprised to see a follow up call and email. I felt that this was service above and beyond today's norm. I was so pleased with Visual Apex that I will continue to use them as a primary source for my electronic needs.
