It said that my item was a special order item and was being made specifically for me, which could not have been true because the contacts came extremely fast. I'm glad they came fast, but the price should be reduced if they are not special order items. Of course, other companies are charging high prices for these lenses as well. Bottom line is the price should go down.

the customer support is good when on the phone, but filling out a form on their site elicited a single email response - 'we'll be in touch soon'. i had to call to get the rebate form.

One box was sent opened with lenses that had a different lot number as what was printed on the box outside. Absolutely unacceptable.

I previously had an RX of -10. I was able to purchase contacts from you with that RX. However, my new RX is -10.5. I was not able to get contacts with an RX that strong. I was forced to purchase from another source at a higher price.

My daughter just got contacts. Because one eye has an astigmatism we had to order anyway. I compared prices online & from local stores, and Vision Direct was cheapest. It also had a large selection of contact cases & cases to use when traveling. Everything arrive quickly & in good condition. My daughter loves what she ordered!! I'll be shopping there again!!

The only thing I don't understand about the acuvue contacts I ordered is the fact that the boxes have two languages on the front: English and an Asian language (Japanese? Chinese?) I hope that these are the same quality as "normal" boxes I've seen that are just printed in English.

I placed an order for my contact lenses on Thursday and paid extra for 3-day delivery since it was important that I receive them early the following week. VisionDirect did not actually ship the contact lenses until the next day and even then the contacts were not scheduled for delivery until Wed -- 4 days later. Because of the delay, I was not available to receive the contacts and it is now Saturday and I still have not received them. So much for paying extra for priority delivery.

I would recommend Vision Direct to all. The only issue I had was a coupon code that I wanted to use. Since the shipping was free that day, I couldn't use the coupon - the coupon would have been a better value then the free shipping - there was no way (other than to wait until the free shipping promotion was over) to use the coupon. Other than this minor item, I was extremely happy with the pricing, the service and the rapid shipping and communications

Everything was fine, all contacts were great except the Violet tinted lenses I bought were defective, or did not fit my eye properly. I tried 2 different pairs (4) out of the box (8 contacts in the box) were sent. I need to call Vision Direct and see if they will at least give me a store credit for the box of Freshlook Violet tinted lenses. If 4 lenses out of the box of 8 are defective, then I am sure the rest are. This is the only part of the order I was very unhappy about.
