The delivery speed was quick and accurate as I got my order within a few days. They chose the shipping speed that they thought was the quickest and easiest leaving me without the difficult decision of choosing the best shipping method. The order was exactly how I placed it and what was written in my order confirmation. The order also arrived exactly how I placed it. Also, shipping was free as long as they chose the best method. The software I chose was very inexpensive as was most of the other software available. The customer service was extraordinary. I received emails to confirm my order, to acknowledge that my order was shipped and to give me tracking information for my order. This allowed me to easily track where my product was and be able to better know when my order would arrive. It was very easy to order the software and it came as stated on the website. I was very satisfied with the order process and with the shipping process. I am extremely satisfied with the product as I had to spend half of what I would have spent at a nearby store. I would definitely recommend Vio Software and use the store again.
