I've used Vio Software on multiple occasions now. I’ve never been happier with an online shopping experience.
Each of the times I used Vio Software, I came to their site through a multi-vendor search engine which helped me find the best price for the product I was interested in. As with most people, total price, including tax and shipping costs, is an important criterion for me and the first basis I use in determining which vendor to purchase from.

Price is not the only criterion, however. Of great significance is the vendor’s overall reliability as evaluated by other online customers. I never use a vendor whose customers report unsatisfactory experiences. It just is not worth the trouble of getting into a dispute. I was able to determine that Vio Software was rated as “highly reliable” by other customers and so it passed my second criterion.

As with most online shopping experience, I went through Vio Software’s purchase routine by creating a user account, etc. I paid close attention to the security of the web pages and reviewed their various disclosures. Keeping my information and password confidential is important to me and, as such, having faith in that is my third criterion for using an online vendor. Vio Software’s online purchase process seemed safe, secure and confidential.

The final criterion for any purchase is the final delivery process. The products I’ve purchased have been delivered in a timely manner and exactly as I expected. I have not had to deal with Vio Software’s customer service so cannot comment on that, but in my opinion, not having to deal with customer service in the first place actually counts for a lot.
