Very happy. Product was as advertised. It was out of stock, but they sent me an email to let me know when it would expect to ship and it did. They also offered to cancel my order if I was unhappy with the backorder status. As I didn't need it in a hurry and they said it would ship within a week, I kept the order open and they sent me another email just as soon as it shipped. I was worried that the software I ordered might show up as OEM or Academic but it was the full retail package. In the past I have been disappointed with the products from other vendors arriving either opened or obviously repackaged but in this case it was factory shrink wrapped and brand new. Also when I was advised that the product was on backorder I was actually provided with a phone number to call in case I wanted to cancel the order, rather than just an email address which would have required waiting for a confirmation. Another thing I noticed is that during the week that the item was on backorder, the price went way up on the item but they did honor the price that was advertised when I placed my order. Incidentally, no other vendor was even close in price to this one.
