I have shopped for my classroom school supplies at Viking Office Products for the past ten years. They have always been just an 800 phone call away! Now, I can just dial them right on-line!

One of the best pluses is that they save me money and time. I don't even purchase office supplies from any other outlet anymore! Once a person has established an account, not only will he/she receive the main annual catalog but the user will also receive mini-sales catalogs that really cut the prices! Plus you get a nifty binder to keep it all in for future reference! Any one can establish an account and no order is ever too small or too large. If Viking can get it, you will normally have it within 48 hours! In August,I called them on a Friday at 3:00 PM and the order was sitting by my front door Saturday morning! I felt like I had been visited by Viking fairies!

Given that most of my classroom supplies are my own out of pocket expense, I appreciate being able to save funds to use for something I might not have been able to afford to add to my classroom.

Also, when I am using grant funds to make a purchase, they work with the educational purchase order system very well. Shipping costs are, if any given the product purchased, minimal. And delivery is right to your door!

The variety of products available is amazing. I have ordered classroom furniture, white boards. markers, pens, paints, brochure paper, award certificates. printer cartridges, reams of of any kind and color of paper, notebooks of any size for any purpose, file folders for any purpose, and the list goes on!

I am a picky person, but I have never in ten years returned any product sent to me from Viking Office Products. My only problem has been being patient when something I have ordered is out of stock and I have to wait a week for it! Even then, though, the cost of the product versus what I would have paid elsewhere in a retail outlet makes up for it!

Let's say, you purchase supplies from Staples or any other chain store or even the local vendor. Have you wondered where they get their stock? Start comparing the prices and you will find that they purchase their stock from Viking and then put a 10 to 20 percent mark up on the price to sell it to you.

I just used the online service earlier today and it is like I am buying everything at wholesale prices! The White board another store wanted three hundred dollars for, I found at Viking for $125.00. Guess what! I bought it and had $175.00 left over to buy other supplies my students need!

The customer also receives reductions in costs for volume ordering as well. So, if you buy five reams of paper versus just one ream, the overall cost per ream is reduced by 10-20 percent because you're buying in volume and still getting a quality product.

The service has worked so well for me, I have convinced my local school district to use it as well. They saw more product at less cost!
