Free delivery costs $1.60 (and I thought I knew the meaning of this word!) and delivery service was the worst. Driver could not find the address even with large numbers (great that they hire the blind!) so I had to go to their warehouse. The directions to the warehouse SUCKED (that is really the nicest way to put it) and when I called to get better directions, they were reluctant to give them to me. For the few cents I saved, I wasted over 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN.

Easiest to order online but with print catalog in front of you for reference. Viking just recently updated their website and ordering has become even easier. Previously ordered over the phone, from print catalogs. Customer service has always been helpful when needed, a human being actually answers every time! Delivery within 2 days almost always, maximum three days for in-stock items. Been ordering with www.vikingop.com for over 2 years. Convenient delivery helps avoid traveling to purchase from discount stores.

Customer service was horrendous and as a result, I canceled my order with the company. Problems were experienced because I recently moved resulting in a shipping address and billing address difference. No attempts were made to accommodate my situation, and when I tried to explain my situation the response was, "we don't understand any of this, so I am sorry, we cannot ship to your new address."

I may have mentioned a few dozen times that I like a bargain! I will search and search to make sure that I am paying the least amount for an item. Now if you throw in FREE shipping and a FREE gift or two ~ I'll order over and over and over!
