Terrible customer service (and hit or miss products)

In the past I've always had good experiences with VS. Their products are unfortunately hit or miss so I always am returning or exchanging things. Recently I've had horrible experiences with returns and customer service. The first issue: I made a return and they never processed it. It took me 2 weeks to resolve with out apology or compensation from them. I decided to give them a second chance. I recently sent in an exchange and they processed it as a return. This means I won't be getting the discount I should be for the amount I'm spending, I had to look up all of the items again online, and I'm wasting dealing with customer service again. What a waste of time! This is the second screw up IN A ROW. And so far they have not offered to do anything...not even free shipping! I'm completely disgusted. Additionally, I hate their order tracking system. It makes no sense that you should have to keep your customer and order numbers to see any of your orders. That should be automatically tied to your account and easy to access. Furthermore, their shipping charges are outrageous. They need to learn from great online retailers like Zappos.com -- outstanding customer service and free shipping and returns!!
