I started using VetDepot last year when my cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I told my vet I was unemployed and she suggested VetDepot for the savings. I love VetDepot. While, it is great that I save sixty percent (No kidding. Even with the shipping costs I save $66.00.), VetDepot also provide excellent personal service. I was worried about a mix up between the vet and my order and asked that VetDepot call me if there were any further problems. And you know what? They did call me. For example, VetDeoot will only ship methimazole 5 mg in quantities of 100 but the Vet initially only approved a quantity of 30. The VetDepot service desk contacted me immediately to inform me of the issue, which is important because my cat has to have this medication every 12 hours. I called the vet and straightened the quantity issue out. But when you are in the middle of communications between a busy vet office and a web based company - you don't REALLY know whether a problem is truly resolved. So despite the fact that the Vet had approved the increase in quantity, I couldn't be sure that VetDepot had been informed. I contacted VetDepot by email and told them that I had contacted my Vet and the quantity was approved. But what surprised me was that the vetdepot service desk then called me after normal business hours, at7 PM in the evening, my time, not to tell me of problems, but to inform me that the medications had just shipped. They understand how much we value our pets. This is a world class company with world class service.
