I needed something. VetAmerica.com had it and at a decent price. I ordered it and I got it. Not much else to say. The only thing I found confusing is that when it didn't arrive when I thought it should I went to the website to track it and the order stated it was "complete" which I guess ment that they'd sent the whole order, but there was nothing to tell me the status on delivery.

The items purchased were available at a competitive price and S/H costs were reasonable. However, tracking information was never available at the company website. An email customer service request did result in this information being provided. The items were also poorly packed, no bubble wrap, or plastic bags, and as a result, one or more of the containers had leaked into the shipping box.

I was not informed in any way that there was going to be a delay in my order.When I called I was told it would be shipped the next day. A week later,after no contact, I called again, only to be told the product was discontinued. The service reps seemd very uninformed and uncaring.

After years of top rated service I was sadly disappointed with less than mediocre service. Never recieved my order and when I called to try and find out why USPS said they delivered it and didn't and to find out why my credit card had never been charged, I was told that a claim would be filed with USPS and my credit card was magically charged the amount. I have since filed a grievance with my credit card company and have heard nothing from VetAmerica after letting them know my actions. Unfortunatley, I had to buy similar products from my veterinarian...
