My order was delayed, then I was told my product would be shipped within two days. I sent several emails and finally phone calls because more than two weeks later I still did not have it. On my last call, I was told the product was still not in their posession and they were not sure when it would ship. This was after many emails wondering where I stood. Very bad service.

This is the second time that the website showed the item in stock and that this was false information. I have not received the product yet. It supposedly is on its way. AT time of purchase your survey asks if the item is in stock, but at that time the consumer only knows what the website says. There is no way to know it if it is true until after the survey is completed. The previous time that the website gave false information, it took over 6 weeks to get the stuff. Question 7 of this survey only has a yes or no answer. Should have a 3rd option. I will buy from them again ONLY if I cant get it elsewhere.

I was pleasantly pleased to have the product arrive in the time mentioned on web site when I ordered the product. For question #6 I didn't receive a rebate so I'm not sure how I am suppose to answer the question. However, the program won't let me submit the survey until I check one of the options, so I will choose one. REMEMBER I didn't receive a rebate on this order.

I have done my homework and checked which on-line merchant has the best price, quality, variety, shipping cost, and customer service. I have never gone wrong since I chose Vet America. My dog needs more fiber in his diet, so I tried these fiber treats. He gobbles them up like the Milkbone brand. Now I don't need to put powder fiber in his food.

I placed an order for over $200 of dog food, dog supplements and urine test strips. First, I got a notice saying that one or more items were on back order and that this company will not ship an order until ALL items are in stock and to expect a delay in receiving my shipment. I was okay with a delay, just as long as ALL of my items would be received. I REALLY needed EVERYTHING that I ordered! When I FINALLY received my order, the company sent a note saying that they were unable to send everything but there was NO EXPLANATION as to why I did not receive one of the items I had ordered. I was very dissappointed and even upset. I did not receive any notice from them that they FINALLY shipped my package but that I would not be receiving my entire order. I was not contacted that the Bug Off Garlic Supplement would not be available. I would have ordered another aluspray had I had the opportunity to adjust my order to save on shipping costs. As it was I paid almost double just to have one dinky product sent as opposed to getting the two products. I was quite disappointed with the information sent as to my order. The site said there would be a delay due to a back order, then it sent me an email stating that only the aluspray was sent almost a week later. I had to order the supplement from another site with additional shipping at a higher cost to me. Very upsetting.
