Very good Web site; excellent customer service; quick delivery. I was very impressed when I received a call from a customer service rep for a product I ordered online a few months ago. I order a large quantity and the expiration date on the item would have expired before the product was used up. The rep called to let me know that and tried to contact the manufacturer for a newer batch. This is like customer service from "olden days!" Very nice.

At checkout, the site indicated that my merchandise was in stock & would be shipped immediately. Then a couple of days later, I received a message that it was not. No delivery date was given. When I tried to call the first time, they were closed on weekends. I E-mailed & had to call back because no one contacted me. When I called, the person I spoke with was confused. After some time, she finally sorted it out & told me when I could expect my order. The wrong information at ordering, the vague E-mail about the delay, not bbeing able to reach someone over a weekend, not returning my call & E-mail, & confusion at final phone contact make me rate them Not Great. A website is a 24/7 business!

For # 7. I selected No. I'm not sure I will use this site again. I received an Email that the product was on back order and I would receive it in 2-3 days. Then 3 days later, I received and email that I was to send back only if I received the product. I don't like being lied to. If it's on back order, that it only would be 2-3 days, not 4 -6 weeks.
