i was looking for a orage color to match my stapler which is burnt orange and found the cute little snail on your web site, wehn i was showing it to my coworkers, they liked the frogs two sisters, so i went ahead and order those also and am going to give it to them for administrative day on wednesday it will be a nice suprrise i just wish i had ordered all three at one time as the shipping is high

Amazed at how quickly package was shipped and arrived! Had a little trouble proceeding to checkout from shopping cart, but not sure it wasn't my own computer.... it took a couple minutes of looking around before the link showed up, but once it did it was really easy to negotiate. Only wish you carried more products, but will definately be a return customer - I was very impressed! Thank you!!

I would not shop on-line again due to the brokerage fees. I am located in Canada. The customs fee that were charged on the shipment exceeded 50% of the original purchase price. This fee was incurred because the product was sent by courier. Perhaps you should offer the option of sending the product by regular mail. I realize that the brokerage fees are beyond your control, but the shipping method may be something that you could look at.

The quality of the USB Warmer/Cooler was exactly as portrayed. The Electronic Wind Chime Clock was a cheap and unacceptable for use. The staff at Vat19.com appear to be polite and competent, and THEY are the only reason why I will shop there again.

I was pleased with the experience-only thing-didn't realize that the product was not packaged in an original sleeve but had been broken down into a zip lock bag!!! Since it was a gift and I had sent it twice I was rather embarassed by the presentation when I saw it the second time it was received. Should be indicated somehow on the site!
