Status of original Product package from their ware house was in bad shape! Seales and product supporting foam packing were broken and the Amplifier does'nt appear to be brand New factory sealed, may be Referbished. The outside shipping packaging was good and it does'nt appear to be caused during transit.Ofcourse the amplifier seems to function and I sincerely hope that I don't run in to problems.If I have to order again this is a very serious matter of consideration.

The box was placed inside another box and well padded for double protection. I like this! UPS and Fed Ex DO NOT always handle items with care.

I am very unhappy that the item which was a Christmas gift was shipped in it's original box so you could see what it was. I told them it was a gift and I was told that it would be put into another box. I am VERY disappointed about that.

The Item that I purchased had to be returned. It was not clearly explained in factory terms that it would not work with my HDTV ,Satellite,Home Theater system.Now I am waiting for a responce to exchange items. But have herd nothing after already sending the item back at my expence for shipping.

i have been impressed with the service provided by vann's. the employees have been knowledgeable and courteous which is very refreshing after making some calls to internet stores in other states. while they did not have the absolute best price on the items i ordered i felt comfortable going with them and the small cost difference was more than made up for with peace of mind i have in the transaction.

I bought a canon g12 camera from Vann's off Amazon and when I recieved it, it was not in a factory sealed box and the camera was also missing tags and there were also some paper inserts missing that suggest the camera had been used. When I asked Vann's customer service about this, I was lied to and told the camera was sent to me straight from Canon in a 'factory sealed' box and they did not know why things were missing. If you like used items and getting lied to then I suggest you shop here, otherwise, buyer beware. Currently inquiring for a refund and will never ever buy from this company again!

So far I've never had a problem with Vann's or any of the products I've purchased there. I've purchased a couple of cameras, several HD TV's and a computer.
