Ordering Process
They have an excellent inventory system on line, showing accurately if they have the item in stock. Since I had never purchased from them before, I wanted to make sure the plasma TV I was interested in was available and contacted their customer service. They replied within 24 hours confirming that they had 4 in stock. I waited a few days before buying and the item showed out of stock. I then provided my email for them to alert me when it was back in stock. A couple of days after, I got such email and quickly went to buy the TV.
I had done a lot of reading and shopping around for prices and they were in the low price options. The fact that they provided a free Blu-Ray DVD player for free made it an excellent offer ... same low price but you get the DVD player in addition. BTW, I limited my shopping to authorized Samsung dealers. Some cheaper options were available but from non-authorized retailers.
Shipping
Shipment was quick. Less than 24 hours after placing the order I receuved emails with the tracking numbers. The Blu-Ray DVD came by FexEX and I received it 4 business days after placing the order. The TV was sent by carrier and arrived at the local warehouse 3 business days after placing the order. I then call them to schedule the delivery to my house which was done in the 2 hour window we agreed upon.
Both DVD player and TV arrived in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with shipment, especially free shipment!
