I recently became a first time customer of Vanns. I was a bit concerned about ordering an expensive HDTV from an on-line site. But Vanns got great reviews from their customers and they are an authorized dealer so I took the plunge. My experience has been unbelievably positive. Ordering was easy. Delivery was promised in seven days and it arrived on time. My TV arrived in its original manufacturer's carton. I set it up and it is a fantastic TV. Ten days after I bought the TV my wife decided to buy a Blu-Ray player and I returned to Vanns. I discovered that the price of my TV had been reduced from the price I payed. Curious, I went to their on-line chat line and exchanged information with Kevin who graciously told me that he would refund the difference in price. I had read in reviews that Vanns would do this but I was amazed to find that it was true. I am a completely satisfied customer and will return to Vanns for future purchases. I will recommend Vanns to family and friends. I consider Vanns to be a great find. Now, we are waiting for delivery of the Blu-Ray player that we ordered.
