My wife wanted an LCD TV we could put on the wall in our bedroom for Christmas. So for a good price, combined with a Harmony remote, I bought a Panasonic TC-32LX85 from Vann’s. I did a lot of homework; checking prices from local retailers, checking prices from Internet retailers and finally checking the on-line ratings for the service of Internet retailers. After all that, I found that it might be possible to get a better price on-line, but after I checked the feedback of many of the cheaper internet sites, I came away feeling a little leery about most of the bargains. Also, Vann's states on their website that they are an authorized retailer for the products they sell. I checked that too, by going to several of the manufacture's websites and seeing who they listed as authorized sellers. For the companies that supply that information, Vann's was indeed on the list. After all that you will find that Vann's is usually as cheap, or within just a few dollars of other stores, and their specials are usually bargains. In addition to this experience, I had already bought a 47-inch Hitachi from Vann's. Their communication, service, and friendliness rocked, just like it did the first time. I placed my order on-line this time and didn’t get a confirmation, so after a couple days I called customer service. I think because I had it delivered to my Mom’s (Christmas present) instead of my home address, it may have slowed things down a little. The representative quickly found my order, confirmed everything was correct and immediately got the ball rolling. The set got from Montana to Kansas 4 days later, with tracking through FedEx supplied, double boxed and ready to go. After all my research and now 2 personal experiences with Vann's, I have no reservations about highly recommending them as a company to do business with. Thanks Vann's!
