I just bought a Samsung TV from Vanns. The Website was painless, informative, and error free.  I talked to customer service once, they were friendly, helpful and the whole transaction was effortless.  The first words out of thier mouth were Merry Christmass. I have already been contacted by the shipping company (one day ahead of schedule).  If the shipping goes as well as the rest of the transaction, I would reccomend them to anyone, and make additonal purchases in the future.  I shopped extensively for this particular product and the price could not be beat by anyone else. In addition to the price, they threw in a free Blu Ray Player, which is a $275.00 value. I talked to thier sales people twice (before purchasing) with technical questions, and they had the answers immediately, and did not have to ask someone else of consult a technical manual. I am a real stickler for detail when I purchase items like this and especially when they cost this much.  They left no doubt in my mind where I should make this purchase.  There are a number of reputable companies out there, but this one, if they treat everyone like I was treated, leads the league
