We ordered our first LCD HDTV from Vann's late on Friday Sept 5, 2008. It was the Samsung LN46A750R1FXZA 46" LCD HDTV 1080P with 120HZ technology. We also ordered the Sony BDP-S300 Blu Ray DVD player. They were shipped via FedEx Ground and arrived on Thursday Sept 11, 2008. Taking the weekend into consideration, they were right on time. We were concerned about them being shipped all the way from Montana by truck but they both arrived in Bartlett Tennessee in perfect shape. The TV was double boxed as was the Blu Ray.

Of course our old Dish receiver was not yet upgraded to HD, but that night we connected up the Blu Ray player with a Blu Ray DVD to see if the TV was operating normally. All we could say was WOW!. The movie picture was crystal clear {perfect} and the colors were brilliant and beautiful. The 120HZ technology keeps the fast flowing scenes in perfect perspective. It is absolutely magnificent.

Vann's customer service was very professional and their website is very well structured and informative. I have already started to recommend Vanns.com on line to friends and relatives. Best of all the prices on the Samsung LN46A750R was $350 less and the Sony Blu Ray was $200 less than the local retail stores and NO sales tax and the ground shipping was free!

Thanks to all of the Vanns people who make the whole process work right and thanks to FedEx Ground for completing the delivery. It was very easy to track the shipment through the FedEx Ground site. The wife and I appreciate it.
