I did recieve the vacuum on time. The bags were on back order. I recieved them 20 days later. They did send an email letting me know. A SECOND BOX CONTAINING THE VACUUM CUP ATTACHMENT {INSTEAD OF A BAG} DID NOT ARRIVE RIGHT AWAY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPLANATION AND HELP I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED. The Bissell steam cleaner 7901 was delivered promptly. Not only was the price unbeatable, but the product is perfect. I was skeptical...the cleaner had a small pickup container and looked like a lot of plastic. But, I will never rent another clunky hardware machine again. This unit cleans better, leaves carpet dryer, and is a breeze to use. And there is no reason to look farther than VCD. I had an excellent experience with VCD. I was able to talk to someone in person to get all of my questions answered, and then I ordered my steam cleaner on their website. The price couldn't be beat. The cleaner arrived quickly (with free shipping, too) and in perfect condition. The tracking number given was identified as UPS, but it was actually for FedEx.
