THE SITE HAS GREAT PRICES AND SHIPPING OPTIONS. A SECOND BOX CONTAINING THE VACUUM CUP ATTACHMENT {INSTEAD OF A BAG} DID NOT ARRIVE RIGHT AWAY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPLANATION AND HELP I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED. THE SECOND BOX ARRIVED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE PRICE WAS A LOT LESS THAN ANOTHER SITE I HAD LOOKED AT.

The Bissell steam cleaner 7901 was delivered promptly. Not only was the price unbeatable, but the product is perfect. I was skeptical...the cleaner had a small pickup container and looked like a lot of plastic. But, I will never rent another clunky hardware machine again. This unit cleans better, leaves carpet dryer, and is a breeze to use. And there is no reason to look farther than VCD. I only leave feedback on eBay, but this deal is worth the effort.

I had an excellent experience with VCD. I was able to talk to someone in person to get all of my questions answered, and then I ordered my steam cleaner on their website. The price couldn't be beat. The cleaner arrived quickly (with free shipping, too) and in perfect condition. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a good deal on a steam cleaner or vacuum cleaner.

At the time of purchase I did not know the item would be on backorder and the merchant charged my card before the item shipped. I have since receive the SteamVac and I'm very happy with the product.

The tracking number given was identified as UPS, but it was actually for FedEx. Their page that helps you track shipments has three different search fields for different shipping companies, so it was annoying to have to experiment in order to find the right one.

The web site indicated in-stock but when the confirmation arrived the product was backordered two weeks. Tracking was not possible. The product has yet to arrive. I have not contacted customer service. I do not like to spend time on the phone.

Excellent experience. Too lax on confirming that item had been shipped and how it was shipped. I had to call to confirm that item had been shipped only to find out that shipping had been upgraded for faster delivery. I should'nt have had to call; but the end result was great.
