Yeah, good scooter. I talked to them on the phone before ordering and they were nice, knew what they were talking about.

I was looking at several different scooters on the site and there customer service department helped to find the right one. It was between the Sport and the GSR Sport and I found out the Sport has direct drive so the motor turns off when you stop. That didn't sound like much fun to me, so I went with the GSR Sport. The GSR sport has a centrifugal clutch so when you stop the scooter idles. I'm not a kid so I didn't want to have to bump start the thing everytime I stopped. They say kids don't mind so much. It's also a goped scooter. Gopeds are top of the line.

I searched the Internet before buying and urbanscooters had the best price. I also like this site because I felt safe placing the order with them. I was able to reach someone when I called. They have an actual address. They're also a member of the Better Business Bureau and had a good rating. Overall I was happy with the scooter I got and the service. I will buy here again and would recommend the site to my friends and family.
