Was a little concerned with all the negative reviews about UnitedShades with delivery issues, bad service etc but the price was really good, half the price of the same Porsche Design sunglasses here in Australia, so I decided to take a risk. Was very happy with the result, have a genuine pair in my hands now, delivery was one week from Rome to Perth, Australia via Fedex, arrived in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Will definitely be buying there again.

Delivery speed and order accuracy were fine.  No customer service issues; however, the sunglasses I ordered are beyond pathetic.  I paid $200 for a pair of what are supposedly Giorgio Armani sunglasses -- either Giorgio Armani needs to be deeply ashamed or UnitedShades is selling substandard product, in which case they should be deeply ashamed.  These sunglasses are worse than a $10 pair that you buy at the drugstore.  All of the paint has chipped off of the rims.  They bend every time they are touched.  I have to reshape them every time I put them on my face to keep them on.  Pathethic!

I am very satisfied with the service provided. I ordered the sunglasses and they arrived within 6 days, nicely delivered at my home adress in Amsterdam. They gave lots of info to keep me up to date concerning the status of the parcel. Same for FEDEX.

Ordered some sunglasses that were backordered.  Was promptly notified of the likely delay, if I would mind waiting (which I was happy to do), when they thought the sunglasses would ship (which they did almost to the day) and the tracking information to follow the delivery to my door.  The items were packaged well, communication was great, and I'd not hesitate at all to buy any sunglasses from them in the future.  Of course, it doesn't hurt that they have a GREAT price also!

She tracked my order status and followed-up til the end and lived up to her promise to let me receive my shipment on time. I broke my glasses (in Sydney) on Sunday. I ordered a new pair from Unitedshades.com on Monday. They shipped them (from Italy) on Tuesday, and I have just received them here (in Sydney) on Friday. So I've got them for the weekend.

The glasses which arrived were exactly as advertised. Excellent updates were provided about every stage of the order process.

Oh, and the price was unbeatable.
