I have waited almost 2 months to receive my pack in Brazil. At that timeI had been in contact with customer service through e-mail over and over. After a 2month-waiting for my sunglasses I had to put up with the following explanation: my sunglasses were that late because of the summer vacation of the shiping department. I think that kind of mistake is pretty unacceptable.

There was a mistake made by UnitedShades with bank transfer. My order cost 128? but 128USD was transfered. It took some time till the 128USD got back to my account and the 128? could be transfered. Therefore delay in shipment. Customer service informed me about and solved it. It does not make me angry. I have not received any bill yet. I'am not informed about garantie. I was generally sutisfied.

Faster than I expected, I found exactly what I was looking for. Excellent shades, Product RED with their original tags and everything, and also they give more than any other shades, part of their price goes to fight AIDS in Africa. Feels good getting them but feels even better the fact that they give.

In stock merchandise delivers quickly. Backorders do tend to take an ample amount of time. Products are perfect. Unitedshades offers a large variety of sunglasses at decent prices. The given dimensions of the sunglasses help out. Customer service response does not take too long. I think they are one of the best online sites I have purchased items from. It would be great if they offered different angle views of sunglasses, because sometimes you can't see what is on the side bars. Other than different views, it's a great site. I highly recommend shopping here.

I ordered a pair of D&B sunglasses which were shipped defective, that was a month ago, their customer service (Susana) has to be the worse thing i've ever seen, they never reply to you, so pray to god your order goes without trouble, so far i lost 300 dollars and no sunglasses.

Better buy your sunglasses from amazon or somewhere else where the customer is protected, beware from this thieves. They make you regret shopping online, they dont even provide a telephone number.

The shopping is nice and very easy to find what you looking for, but once i made the order i tried to contact the customer service for more than 3 mails and they didnt reply back. i Bought my product on the 19th and its not shipped yet and i wanted a 2nd day air shipping but couldnt select that options and thats why i try to contact customer service and they never replied back to any of my 3 or more mails. this is the kind of service that makes me regret doing shopping here and will not recommend it to anyone.

This order has been my Fourth order in 3 months with United Shades. They have the best and I highly would recommend ordering sunglasses from them. Fast & very prompt service, and package was delivered ahead of schedule, it actually arrived the very next day after they shipped it. I give very high ratings to United Shades and also to Bono who's Armani Sunglasses are simply the best. I now own 4 pairs of them. United Shades, you ROCK!!! Again , I would highly recommend ordering these Armani sun glasses from United Shades.... you will not b disappointed. Also United Shades has provided these shades at an affordable price, and after some research, they appear to be very competive on the pricing. Thanks to Bono's Product Red and Armani for providing these awesome sunglasses.

excellent service!!! the pair of ray bans I ordered crossed half of Europe in just 3 days and I was able to track my order all the way home through FedEX. I chose UnitedShades for three reasons, the first was because my godfather had sent for a pair of sun glasses just a few weeks before and found the service at united shades to be excellent. The second was the price of the shades themselves costing 20 euros less than they would cost in any optician in my country (even with shipping).The third reason was the model of sun glasses I wanted, which was hard to find in the shops because of the polarized lenses, needles to say I had no trouble finding them at the Unitedshades web page.

UnitedShades has a great sight with a wide selection of styles. I bought a pair of sunglasses to replace the one I lost. It was an older model (about a year and a half) and I went on the sight and there they were. I ordered them and in about a week I received them. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they came.

Received the glasses in record time, but had a scratch on them which was very diappointing. Merchant did not have the item in stock to exchange, but did offer to change them when they came in. As it was a Birthday gift this wasnt possible, and have kept them for myself, and was forecd to by another pair locally for the gift. Good Customer Servivce though, and would purchase again.

generally pretty good, easy to find styles and alternate colors, but if you guys really speak all those languages, i would've appreciated a contact PHONE NUMBER. and the help section with the FAQS is not working. you only get error messages when you click the links. i REALLY liked how they do the currency conversions right there on the site and how they explain the shipping cost tho it took a couple of re-reads to understand it clearly. but that might just be me. i love that they have the exclusive european colors available for me to order so that i can REALLY show them off in the States. i will be back!

Prices at this store are excellent! Shipping was understandably high as they were shipping from Italy to the United States. Even with high shipping charges, the price was far less than ordering from a local store. Received item in perfect condition in less than a week. I ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana 644 shades. The shades were on backorder so I thought that it would take forever to get (from reading previous reviews). I received the shades in a week!! Lightning Fast shipping (Italy to California)!! I recommend this place to everyone!! When I received the shades, the shades were very secure in the packaging.
