Unique auto depot was fantastic- the direct ship manufacturer has been the one giving us the runaround. The Aries bull bar arrived as an apparent restocked item and has blemishes on the chrome finish which are annacceptable and not repairable. We are still waiting for a shopping return label and an exchange on this product - right now we are nit happy at all with Aries the manufacturer.

Ordered monday recieved product on friday in florida. Very happy and would buy again. The only issue i had was with the online payment. I survey or something popped up and i wasnt sure if the transaction wnet thru. it did and only was charged that one time.

In following up on my purchase, I phoned to get a status and it was made clear to me that the information sheet stated "Free Shipping"(7 Day Ground);does not mean 7 days. In talking with I guess a customer service person, voices were raised (both of us)and the person ended my call by hanging up on me.
