The boots do not fit my feet and I returned them since they made my feet go numb after 10 mins of wearing them, since I have wide feet and the also had the wide boots which are not wide enough. I just got them back in the mail saying they are scuffed and the store will not accepted them back. Which the only part of the boot that is scuffed is the sole of the boot. I think the policy is not a good policy and any person not compeletly happy with the product should be able to return the item with NO problem.

They were out of stock of my boot. They would not be back in stock until July. My order was cancelled and the hold on my credit card was removed. Had to order boots from a different company.

ordered two pairs of boots on 2 different days, the second pair came before the first pair but both pairs came within the time stated on the website for shipping. Have reccomended the website to several friends and plan to order more in the future. First Pair I tried to order were on back order for a month or more and was promptly emailed and let know that the order was canceled and was given a 10% discount on another order which I placed right away. Thanks for a good job.

I never received a tracking number or anything saying my boots were on the way. I emailed a couple of times asking for a tracking number and the day they were to be delivered I received an email that they were on the truck for delivery that day. Even though it was frustrating not knowing when I should expect my boots I will order from this store again. My boots are great!
