Fantastic online store! I have been a consistent customer of unicahome.com for over 4 years. I have NEVER had a single incident. In fact they have ordered many items for me directly from Italy when no other US dealer/distributor would. Their communication is always professional, consistent and if I need to call, I get answers right away. I always get order confirmations and tracking numbers when the item ships. If I need to place an order for a holiday or gift, I know they will get the package out the door within a couple days and FedEx Ground gets it right to my front door, almost always for FREE.

In one case the item being special ordered increased 20% in price and had a new shipping surcharge. They honored the original order price, even though it took 5 months for the item to arrive, which was the manufacturer's issue, not unicahome's. When it did, it was perfect. I never paid a penny for it to be delivered and it came from Italy!

They are almost always the lowest price online and most items ship free if the order is over 100. This company is outstanding, especially when the other big internet dealers will not go out of their way for you. Unicahome has never failed me.
