Terrible. Horrible. Sub-zero service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I've never seen service that bad - don't let the cool merchandise fool you! I'm a design professional and I shop pretty regularly online. In 2007 my boyfriend ordered a suitcase for me before Christmas - it came at the end of July. I'm forgiving and I know that sometimes things are out of stock. Cool, fine, but when it comes to answering where my merchandise is or if I can get my money back (the basics of customer service) thats when I get riled. BTW I've been nothing but patient and courteous in my conversations with Unicahome, so I don't know why they are so incompetent and down right nasty.
So in September I stupidly decided to order a smaller version of the same product and was told it would take two weeks, its now five months later. When after 3 months I tried to find out why there was a delay they haven't returned any of my calls (8 calls over 45 days.) The operator won't connect you with anyone but the returns department, who as it turns out never picks up the phone or returns messages. She had the gall to tell me there was no one else, a supervisor perhaps, who could help me or give me my money back! I thought that was ridiculous. When out of desperation I left a message for the owners - still no one called.
I finally had to contact get my credit card company to get help (how odd when I called them no one could help, but on the same day when AMEX called Unicahome found someone who could locate my order.) But as per their abysmal service, after promising twice to call me back (I've given them 2.5 weeks,) this person never called. I now have to waste time calling my credit card company again to get a refund.
BUYER BEWARE - this company is a major SCAM! I hope someone, maybe a class action lawsuit, takes them to court for fraud and theft!!
