Delivery Speed : Incredible design comes to those who wait. Understanding that it could take a year for a delivery of the biggest contemporary & modern designers I was pleasantly surprised that Unica Home can cut that time IN HALF, or even has some items in stock. A miracle has happened in the better design retail industry since Unica Home has opened it's doors.

Order Accuracy : We had no problem with our order, THANK YOU! When you spend a generous amount of money it pays to be sure you will get what you asked for. A friend of ours ordered an Alessi Set for tea service & also received everything she asked for.

Customer Service : Got to meet the owner's while I was in Vegas, VERY REAL people. Pleasure to meet them. Bonnie & Hugh seem to have reliable taste & the design knowledge to back it up (my opinion of course, to each his/her own).

Overall Satisfaction : While in the store I realized that the Museum of Design I had figured them for was quite accurate. They had just about EVERYTHING they had on their website out for display. Impressed. Now that I see where everything ships from I will be sure to order from them regularly. They should be commended for their precise choice in what items they carry.
