This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had online. It makes me weary of shopping anywhere other than Amazon.com

I purchased a model plane from them. Two weeks after the purchase, I still had not received any e-mail update. I begin to wonder why I hadn't recieved anything from them.  They claim to have e-mailed me.  Long story short, they didn't ever know when the product would leave the warehouse and be shipped.
After 3 weeks of the run-around, I requested a full refund. It is now 2 weeks later and I am STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!  

I promise...... I will never purchase anything through them again.  All I can say is-----buyer beware!!!!

We purchased a 5 pack of Microsoft Natural keyboards from Unbeatablesale.com.  After shopping around, we found that the cost per keyboard (even including shipping) was the best deal available from a respected online merchant.  We received the order within just a couple days of placing it, beating the estimated shipping time by a couple of days.  The order arrived in new condition, exactly as described, and communications from Unbeatablesale.com were prompt as well.  What more can we say?

I have ordered from UnbeatableSale at least 3 times for the same items (that I give as gifts) and twice I have been "short shipped". After contacting, the items have arrived. Apparently the problem arrises in the packing dept.

Unfortunately, the Guardian Alert I purchased was defective. The manufacturer referred me back to Unbeatable Sales for a refund or replacement. Polly Whalen in customer service arranged for the Alert to be returned and I received a new, working replacement within a week; she was wonderful to work with.

If there was a way to calculate shipping in advance, I missed it even after looking. So, I assumed when I processed my order I would be shown the final cost before final submission. Wrong. After my order was committed, I was shown the shipping cost. I was furious. I immediately e-mailed customer service and also a specific person at Unbeatable Sale, and as yet this remains unresolved probably because it's the weekend. Regardless of how they resolve this I will NEVER shop with this online retailer again. It is just unconsionable to charge shipping in this manner.

I received the smart antenna in good time. However, the package looked like it had been sent by an amateur. When opened, it reeked of cigar smoke. I aired it out, but the cable continued to reek of cigar smoke. I called them and advised them of this. They gave me a post-paid RMA. I indicated that I wanted a replacement. I then got an email that they no longer had any in stock and refunded my payment. Other than sending an obviously previously owned item, the customer service was fine. I am disappointed that I do not have a good product. I am appalled that I got a product in that condition, being sold as 'new'. On Q#7, there should be another choice ~ Maybe or It depends.

Unbeatable Sale offers a clear cut web page and shopping site. They give complete information and details including pictures. The pictures allowed me to make the correct choice. The site was easy to use and the follow up was quick. Delivery came faster than expected and I was happy to see they used recycled boxes. I believe this is an excellent merchant.
