My experience with shopping Unbeatable Sale, Inc. was absolutely excellent. I shopped the website first and when I found that I had a few questions I called the easily accessible phone number and got information on the item I wanted and then ordered it online. Shipping costs were reasonable and I could have also gone to the show room and picked the in stock item up too. I opted to have it shipped and one, two three I had it on my front doorstep. Upon taking it out of the box I realized that in my haste I ordered the wrong item number. I called Unbeatable Sales and was told there was not problem in returning the item. I shipped it back with out any problem. I received credit immediately. I then ordered the right item. The invoice was clear and accurate and included a phone number where a real person answered. That alone is worth a lot now a days. I was very pleased with my transaction and will order from UnbeatableSale, Inc. again.

Everything was great, it was delivered in a timely manor and tracking was provided so I knew when to expect the package. Everything was what I ordered accurately both in what I thought I was buying from the online information and the appropriate item was shipped. I had no problems with customer service, I ordered online and didn't really have much contact with the actual customer service which was as good as online shopping should be. The price shopping through Unbeatablesale was better than buying it through the manufacturer by $30 plus minimal shipping cost, which was very nice. Overall, everything was great, no problems at all. I would definitely buy products for our high maintenance printer in the future.

We first ordered the coffee table, and it came nicked is several places, but we chose to keep it and not return it. Then, we ordered the matching end table and it was defective. One if the drill holes was off center and one was the wrong size. We couldn't put it together because of this. When I called to exchange (not return the item), it took 20 minutes to convince the customer service rep that we wern't assembling the table incorrectly (or need to talk to a technician), it was defective and we wanted another one. Very dissatisfied! They are now going to ship another table (after I wanted to speak with a manager.) So we will see. I would never purchase from this company again.
