I found Unbeatable Sales through Amazon when buying a gorgeous stainless steel kettle. Unbeatable sales delivered exactly what I ordered at lightning speed and it was packaged meticulously! They even sent me a follow up coupon if I wanted to purchase something else. Nice! Anyhow, my item became rusted on the inside bottom at about the 6 week mark and thats where Unbeatable sales lost me. They don't accept returns even for defective items after 30 days, fine. I asked for the manufacturer information and they emailed me a link for a website that was under construction for a company in Australia with a non working number, per AT&T. Sad, really. Frustrated I filed a claim directly with Amazon and they said they would investigate and process a refund in ab. 2 weeks. In the meantime, I did google the rust stains on my stainless and found I could clean it up with a little liquid dish soap and baking powder. Well, that worked. I withdrew my claim with Amazon. Ultimately, I am disappointed that Unbeatable Sales would not put me in touch with a working website or number for the manufacturer even though as it turned out I did not need them.
