Beware Ordering from US Appliance. I won't saw they are CROOKS or Con men. But what they do is very close to unethical.
I was very hesitant using US Appliance, because of the recent reviews of customers waiting weeks for their appliances only to be informed that their order was cancelled. On 12/31/2011, I placed an order from US Appliance for a Whirlpool stainless steel double convection oven. On January 19, 2012 I receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled and it would be 2-3 days before I would have the refund credited back to my charge card. In my case US Appliance was no help in finding any replacement for the Whirlpool Double Oven I ordered. From other review sites that I have looked at this seems to be Standard Operating Procedure at US Appliance.

Even though we are keeping this product to use, we specifically searched for and wanted to purchase a crock pot "Made in the USA" which is why we bought one from this company online. However, once the item arrived, we found it was actually made in China. The advertising did not match with our wishes.

Ordered a refrigerator and paid the extra $100 to have it delivered up a flight of stairs.  When it arrived the movers declined to take it up.  It's a week later and the refrigerator is still in the garage, I've been charged the $100, I can't move into my home and no resolution in sight.

I ordered the builders packages for my total purchases. I thought it was a very good cost effective purchase when they get delivered to your door. I also purchased the white glove option and they also honored that......everything right up into the kitchen and laundry room!! I would definitely do this again. I did have a couple of small blemishes on my dryer, but nothing that would cause me to complain about it. After all, they do bounce around in a truck to get to you. Thanks!!

What a lousy company.  I purchased, or attempted to purchase, a plasma TV at a great price.  I placed the order and was looking forward to my new TV.  I get an email the next day however, stating that they made a mistake on the price and, sorry, but my order was cancelled.  

Upon calling to inquire about the order, I got a sales rep who was absolutely indifferent and unapologetic, who only repeated that there was "nothing he could do" over and over again.  I mean, at least offer a coupon for the inconvenience.  I had already ordered 3D blu rays and extra glasses from amazon that I now must return.  Not a big deal, but a pain in the neck.

I would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing a product from this company.  I ordered a cast iron pan as a gift on Sept. 25, two weeks before a friend's wedding, because it was significantly cheaper here than at other sites.  However, with no extra notification or warning, it took until yesterday (Oct. 24) to arrive, finally coming long after the wedding and disappointing my good friends on their special day.  A call to the company a few days before the wedding brought no apology or sympathy, only vague assurances that it would come in "a few weeks".  Unless you don't care at all when your purchase arrives, avoid US Appliances.

Their web site is easy to navigate and contained good information and competitive prices.  I ordered one of their featured items, and was told to expect delivery in 3 to 5 weeks.  A week later I received an email that they couldn't get the product.  I contacted them and ordered another washer and dryer.  When it was delivered, the box had no indication of damage, and I didn't open it to install for 2 days.  Both the washer and dryer had defective enamel paint in several highly visible areas (despite being protected by styrofoam packing, which also showed no sign of damage).

US Appliance said it wasn't their problem, since I had to notify them within 1 business day of delivery.  (This is not the policy that they stated when I bought the product).

It is not worth it to save a few dollars and deal with the hassle of getting defective products, not being able to return them, and their very slow delivery times.

great price but read the fine print. it takes weeks.  it was three full weeks! they deliver in tractor trailers, 53 footers.  they couldn't get within 2 blocks of my house with a truck that big.  so they then told me i had to pay $150 shipping or come pick it up 60 miles from my house.  So much for the advertised free shipping.  it felt like a scam to me.  when i complained the customer service specialist was a dragon.  she told me it would be $600 shipping to cancel my order. I could not find the 53 foot truck discription anywhere on their website.  i would stay far away from these people.

I applied for a us appliance credit card to purchase a Samsung TV. I was approved and long story short I was told I could only purchase a Sony tv with the us appliance store credit card. I was a little confused and said, out of everything you sell on your website your telling me I can only purchase a Sony TV with the $2000 limit I was approved for and I was told yes, only Sony TVS. I called the credit card company and they told me he was wrong so I tried emailing the company again and they didn't reply. Thats ok, I found a betted deal somewhere else and with that kind of customer service Im glad I didn't do business with them.

Ordered a TV on July 3rd that was listed as in stock.  It's now July 18th, and the TV still hasn't even shipped because its out of stock.  I've made two calls to US Appliances.  1st call said I should still recieve it in the 7-10 business days, which has past.   The person on the phone the second time didn't seem to care and would not even give me an estimate on when I can expect the TV desipte the fact they've already charged my credit card for it.

Over 3 weeks and still waiting for confirmation on my shipment. I order a bulk of different appliances.  Call every other day last week to check on the status, was told that they will ship next day (that was 3 days ago) .... still waiting!!!  After a couple of calls to them, was told they were waiting for a backorder item, if I knew, I would have cancelled that item and have the other available items shipped sooner.  I am very disappointed with the service.  Was told they have most of my items in warehouse, but why aren't they sending it out???  If I don't get a shipment confirmation tomorrow, I will cancel my whole order.  It's ridiculous ... they promised a 3 weeks delivery and still have not shipped yet??

We shopped all around and could not beat the prices here. We were nervous ordering all our large kitchen appliances online especially with prices like this we wondered if it was too good to be true. Turns out the appliances are great, they arrived in great condition and we've had no problems with them. Our one complaint is that they took about 7 weeks to get here instead of 3 like the website says. It wasn't a big deal because we weren't living in the house at the time but it would have been nice to know up front. If you need new appliances right away this won't work, it can definitely take a while for them to get to you. Overall it was worth the $1000+ we saved!

I Recently purchased a refrigerator that was delivered to me not working and US Appliance basiclly told me to call the mfg. I was on my own. I would never do business with them again. I have solved the problem with the mfg but not before going two weeks without a frig.
