I purchased a wine fridge from Tom in the Michigan store/call center. What was supposed to be 2 weeks was really 6. His lack of compassion and service is what pushed me over the top especially since my AMX was charged immediately. I would not order again from these idiots. There are many other choices out there!

When I placed an order for the 52" Sony XBR9 on the Dec 1st, they told me they were gonna ship it in 2-3 days. It is Dec 23rd, and they still haven't shipped my order. There is no definite date when they gonna ship my order as of today. They tried to ship me the damged box once, but I declined to accept that one. I am not at all impressed with their service at all. Had I known, they were gonna do this to me, I would never have ordered through them. However, they have charged my credit card on the day I placed the order.

I purchased a dishwasher from them.  The packaging appeared to be fine.  I did not inspect it thoroughly within 48 hours as they require.  When the contractors went to install it, they found that it had a very large dent in it.  They refused to discuss it, saying that I didn't follow the rules.  So, I've donated them $700 for an unusable appliance.  I don't care what their rules are, that's inexcusable.  I can not recommend anyone working with this vendor, unless you can inspect/install your appliance within 2 days of their arbitrary delivery date.

Ordered a Panasonic 50" plasma w/Blu-Ray player with some concern after reading many negative reviews on this company.  But most of the poor ratings were delivery issues with non-TV products.  TV service reviews were rather positive so I placed my order.  I had the TV and player 6 days later and both are in perfect working order saving $500 off the Best Buy price.  I had to contact the carrier to schedule the delivery but never had the need to contact US Appliance for any reason.

It took them a week to process order and they will ship 2-3 weeks after order processed so they have until 10/27 to ship this product or I will cancel. It sounds like they can't even get this item but will hold on to my money until I contact my credit card company. Four weeks and then maybe I will get what I ordered shipped. I was pleased with the complete order and delivery process and the ordered TV seems to be inexcellent condition. And, I might order again from this merchant if the price is right. Looking for the best bargain on a 55 or 58 inch LCD, LED, or Plasma (preferably Sansung) at present and would again favor the Bing Discounted price delivered...

It was an unexpected pleasure dealing with us-appliance.  They published long waites on shipping and I read about diesel surhcarges, etc.  But in fact it was just plain great.  The shipping dates were published on the item (LG TV 47LH90), shipping was totally free with no taxes.  Price was unbeatable by a mile.  Delivery was much faster than the expectation they published!  Box was unmolested, TV was just plain beautifull!  I will definitely come back for more!

I Purchased a Toshiba DVD video recorder.It was the best price available on the internet.I then received an e-mail confirmation immediately upon completion of the purchase  transaction.I was then notified four  days later ,via e-mail that the unit was shipped. The name of the shipping company [UPS] and the Track number was included.
The recorder was new in the box and it works fine.
Very good transaction,quick shipping and overall an excellent purchase.
