I highly recommend you do not purchase wallpaper from this company. I ordered wall paper in March of this year and have never received the paper or my money back. Every time I call or email them they tell me I will receive my refund shortly. Five months later I still do not have my daughters room finished and she is still sleeping on an air mattress because we don't want to put her bed back in until the walls are papered. I do not have another two hundred dollars to put out to buy more wall paper. All I want is my money back so we can move on. I am filing a complaint with the courts to recover my money. So my advise do not do business with this company ever!!

After waiting over a month on my order, I called to check on it and was told it was out of stock and would be shipped out within 2. After 3 weeks I called again and was told that it was going to be another 2 weeks. At this point I cancelled my order. Now I am being told that I have to wait on my refund for 30 to 60 days on a product that I never received nor did it look like it was going to be shipped out anytime soon. How ridiculous!

I ordered 4 valances from USA Wallpaper because, after searching several sites, they had the best price but only by a few dollars. I placed my order and waited for my shipment. After ONE MONTH of waiting, I emailed them and asked about my shipment. I was told that they don't stock their supplies, they order them from another company, which also doesn't have everything in stock!!!! I waited another two weeks before I got my email saying my package had just been shipped. The very next day I got a second email saying not everything was in stock and it would only be a partial shipment. Unbelievable. In all, it took two and a half months from the time I placed my order to the time I had my entire order. I sent them an email expressing my frustrations with their shipping policy and the fact that they do not tell you when you are placing your order that they do not have their items in stock. I never received a response to that email. Just an awful experience all around. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!!

Ridiculous customer service - my mouth is hanging open. I placed one order for 4 rolls of wallpaper BORDER (i.e. not that heavy!) from their clearance section and was charged $16 for GROUND shipping. I then placed another order for 4 rolls of the EXACT SAME ITEM from the regular (i.e. not clearance) section of the website and ground shipping was $11.60. When I called customer service the representative told me "it's a Yahoo website and I have no control over what the website charges you for shipping." She refused to offer any help or to adjust the shipping charges on the first order down to those of the second.
They charge excessive shipping charges on their "clearance" items so they aren't such a bargain after all. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. |

6 Week Delay in Delivery with No Notification

I ordered 3 spools of wallpaper border as well as a blanket and picture frame. The wallpaper border arrived by USPS after a week but the blanket and frame have not yet arrived - its been 6 weeks! I had to contact them to see where it was. I was told the first time that it should be arriving in their warehouse in 1-2 weeks and it would be shipped immediately. After almost 3 weeks, I called and they said it won't be in their warehouse for another 2-3 weeks! Again, no notification from them about the extended delay. As for the quality of their products - two out of three of them had color splotches. One roll had color splotches over a 5-6 foot portion of the roll. Luckily because I had enough, I didn't have to use that portion but if I had, I would have returned it. I now see all the negative experiences people have had with this company and mine doesn't sound nearly as bad as others - I would not purchase anything from here again.

I ordered some wallpaper from this site in October of 2007 and returned it in the original packaging within the 30 day timeframe. I followed all their procedures and was assured that my item was received and that I would receive a refund on my credit care within 1-2 billing cycles. Well, it is 4 months later and I have been given the run around from their customer service representatives for the past 1 1/2 months. I have made numerous attempts to talk to and email them about this situation and keep getting put off. I am going to file a claim with the BBB.
Good pricing but horrendous experience. They don't know how to treat customers. |

This company is running an interest scam, they are advertising products they don't have, charging your card, depositing your money into an interest bearing account, hoping you'll cancel your order when they tell your item has been backordered and who knows when it will arrive, and then they take as long as possible to issue your refund while your money sits in an account gaining interest. Awful experience. I should have spent more time reading the reviews.
I placed an order in August or September 2007 for 2 murals. Not inexpensive. Months later I get a message that my choices have been discontinued and I have to choose something else. I do this. Finally get the product and the image on one of the murals (see their Fighter Jet #OA110106M) is unclear, fuzzy, poor quality. Not at all like what I shown on the website. USA Wallpaper tells me nothing they can do, vendor is not interested in rectifying the problem. So I am left with an inferior product and they have my money. Never ever buy from this company. |

Customer Service is horrible. They claim orders are in stock that are actually back ordered and don't bother to call you to let you know there is a delay, when you cancel expect a fight to get your refund and it will take months to have your money refunded. STAY AWAY.
Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and within 24 hours of the BBB contacting USA Wallpaper they refunded my money. If anyone else is waiting on a way over due refund I suggest making a complaint with the BBB, I'm sure I'd still be waiting for a refund if I hadn't. |

Web site ordering system does not inform you if the item you are ordering is in stock or not. Neither does the person that you speak to when you make a phone order. You will not find out if it is out of stock until they have already taken your payment.
If it is out of stock, they can not tell you when it will be in stock again. If you cancel an order, you will not receive a refund for at least 30 days, even if the product was never shipped to you. The Customer Service department is extremely unhelpful. If you are waiting for a refund that by their own statements is running late, all they will do is "send an email" to accounting. Accounting apparently does not respond to their emails. No one in Customer Service is willing to do anything else for you, and even their General Manager can not answer basic questions. If you challenge them on the problem, they start giving you a bad attitude. I definitely do not recommend this merchant. |

I called to see why I hadn't received it 15 days later only to find out that the table had been discontinued! The company had already billed me! The shopping experience at this store was the worst I've ever experienced. I didn't found out until 2 weeks after placing my order the item was discontinued. What a horrible establishment and I can't believe that they are still in business. Also, I haven't received 2 refunds that are due to me and it has been over a month. This company website should be taken down and they shouldn't be allowed to conduct business since they "LIE" to their customers. You MUST ignore the glowing ratings posted Aug. 25 obviously by people who work for this company to try to increase their rating score on this website. This company is full of a bunch of lying cheaters who steal money from customers. I waited 4 months to receive my order, and one item was damaged during shipping. They had a replacement sent, but not before charging me full price for a second time. They said I'd get a refund once I sent back the damaged item, but that was over a month ago and I still don't have my money back.
