USA Wallpaper

Scam!!!  I placed an order, they took my money immediately.  After close to a week, I received email stating that they didn't have the wallpaper in stock.  I was then told it could take up to a month to refund my money.  I had to file a complaint with Paypal (fortunately I went through them), still took about 3 weeks to get refund.  Was talked to by usa.wallpaper.com like I was a criminal.  Very, very shady.  DON'T deal with them!  Check the BBB website if you don't believe me. BTW, I noticed that the 3 positive comments were all posted on the same exact day.  They're probably bogus, too.

This is an awful "company" and should be shut down immediatly! Customer service is horrible! Everything you order is out of stock, but the money is taken from your account immediately. I've been waiting for a few months now for my order. They are impossible to contact, and by phone, if your calling with a complaint, they just hang up on you! They also change the prices from whats shown on the screen and take it from your account. Cancling your order and getting your money back is a joke! This is the worst site for anything but getting burned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

My credit card was charged immediately, and I was led to believe that I would receive my order shortly.  I waited and waited, and received another e-mail saying my wallpaper was on backorder.  Several weeks and an angry phone call later, I got yet another e-mail stating that the manufacterer hadn't even started production on it yet.  They even misspelled a word in the e-mail!  When I contacted customer service on the phone, they were very dismissive and not at all helpful.  I cancelled my order, but can only hope that I will receive my refund immediately.

I had a horrible experience with USA Wallpaper. I ordered from them and found out only after the money was taken from my account that they were out of stock on what I ordered. I called them and asked about my refund. They said it would take a month to get my refund. After waiting a month, my money still wasn't refunded and then I called again and was told that it would take another month. I was livid at that point and began calling everyday and sending emails until after a month and a half my money was refunded.
This was the worse online experience ever and I would not recommend this company for anything!

DO NOT SHOP AT USA WALLPAPER- they billed me right away and then said the wallpaper was so popular there was a backorder, I waited and waited they kept putting me off.  I don't know how they stay in business.

This company is filled with liar scum bags with absolutely no morals. My credit card was charged immediately. I was told my item was out of stock and should expect it in 2-3 weeks. This went on for 2 months. I asked to cancel and was told I should get arefund in apprx. one week. After a week went by I contacted them again they said..oh no it would be 1-2 billing cycles= 1-2 months!! They refuse to refund any sooner. These people need to be shut down. I cant believe there are people out there who can do this to people and not think twice about it. I dont know how they sleep at night...I hope they enjoy their jail time as well because I am going to do all I can to get this company shut down. There are far too many complaints and they are down right scamming people...last I knew this was illegal!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I had to cancel one of my orders because of a backorder.  It was cancelled, but I have yet to see my refunded money in over three months.

Debbie (who is supposedly a manager) refused to let me talk to anyone in accounting or the owner (who was "unavailable").  At least one of the other people I spoke to no longer works there.  Maybe she got some morals!

I would NEVER purchase from there again, and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either.

The prices are inflated, the customer service is terrible, and they don't give you back your money!

I ordered a Tony Hawk comforter for my son's room.  They said it would take approximately 4-10 days to arrive, it took almost 30.  The quality of the comforter was horrible!  It was so scratchy that I can't imagine anyone sleeping with it.  When I went to find the instructions on how to return it, I found out that I had to call for an authorization number and that they would charge me a 30% restocking fee.  So between that fee and the return shipping fee I have to pay half of what the comforter cost.  I think this is an outrageous and corrupt policy!  I would never shop from this company again.

My experience mirrors others here in that I ordered $42 worth of wallpaper border which was immediately charged to my credit card in July.  When I went back to the order to check why it had not arrived it was supposedly on back order with no expected date.  I called USA Wallpaper to cancel my order and request a refund and was told it would take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on my credit card.

I have repeated this call to USA Wallpaper every month in September, October and November and had the same response.  Requests to speak to anyone in authority beyond Customer Service was denied at my last attempt.  I even said I would consider taking this to small claims court although I don't know if that is feasible.  

I saw that one of the other people writing a review had been credited by their credit card company so at least I know I can get my money back that way.

AWFUL! I bought a dolphin wall sticker and when it arrived it looked as though a child had drawn it and printed it out on an old 80's dot-matrix printer. I paid 39.00 for the sticker and 7.00 for s/h. I called Walls Of The Wild (the manufacturer) and was told they would refund USA Wallpaper and USA Wallpaper would refund me. Well, upon calling USAW I was told they will not refund me even though the sticker has not been used or even taken completely out of its box. What a horrible company. What kind of stupid policy does not allow returns for a sticker that is unused even thought they tout "100% satisfaction guarantee" what a load of hooey. The delivery also took 8 days even though they are only a couple states over from me. I am hopeful that WOTW will refund my money at the very least. Now I am in severe doubt about that though.

My complaint seems almost identical to other reviews posted here. Ordered over 300$ worth of wallpaper. They immediately deducted it from my credit card although they did not ship my order. Waited six weeks. Still no wallpaper. Contacted them, they said due to problems at the factory, it would take another 6 weeks. I decided to cancel and have been waiting for my refund ever since - it's far past the 60 days they said it would tak to refund me. They are a SCAM. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I contacted my credit card company to do a charge back. I am furious with USAWallpaper. Evil company. I want to see them shut down.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was notified 1 week after I placed my order that it was back ordered from the manufacturer and it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. I found it from another company that called the manufacturer to confirm availability and they had over 500 rolls available and shipped my order immediately. I called USA Wallpaper to cancel my order. They sent me an email with cancellation number and there it is 3 MONTHS later and they have not refunded my money. I sent them an email and they will not respond. I filed a dispute with my bank and will file a complaint with the BBB.

Horrible Service! Horrible delays! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
It was a nightmare! The store accidentally forgets to notify that your order was backordered! Then they accidentally forget to notify you that the delivery date is pushed for another 3-4 weeks. Eventually I had to cancel my order because it is insane to wait 2-3 months for nursery wallpaper boarder. I do not want a wall paper border after my baby is born! Then I was told that I would get a refund within 60 days. No money so far.The customer service people were extremely rude and obnoxious! I tried to talk to the manager, but was told that it’s impossible. And they kept hanging up on me! I filed a BBB complain and disputed the charge with my credit card. I always shop on the Internet, and I have to tell you that shopping with USA Wallpaper was the worst experience EVER!!!

I highly recommend you do not purchase wallpaper from this company. I ordered wall paper in March of this year and have never received the paper or my money back. Every time I call or email them they tell me I will receive my refund shortly. Five months later I still do not have my daughters room finished and she is still sleeping on an air mattress because we don't want to put her bed back in until the walls are papered. I do not have another two hundred dollars to put out to buy more wall paper. All I want is my money back so we can move on. I am filing a complaint with the courts to recover my money. So my advise do not do business with this company ever!!

After waiting over a month on my order, I called to check on it and was told it was out of stock and would be shipped out within 2. After 3 weeks I called again and was told that it was going to be another 2 weeks. At this point I cancelled my order. Now I am being told that I have to wait on my refund for 30 to 60 days on a product that I never received nor did it look like it was going to be shipped out anytime soon. How ridiculous!

I ordered 4 valances from USA Wallpaper because, after searching several sites, they had the best price but only by a few dollars. I placed my order and waited for my shipment. After ONE MONTH of waiting, I emailed them and asked about my shipment. I was told that they don't stock their supplies, they order them from another company, which also doesn't have everything in stock!!!! I waited another two weeks before I got my email saying my package had just been shipped. The very next day I got a second email saying not everything was in stock and it would only be a partial shipment. Unbelievable. In all, it took two and a half months from the time I placed my order to the time I had my entire order. I sent them an email expressing my frustrations with their shipping policy and the fact that they do not tell you when you are placing your order that they do not have their items in stock. I never received a response to that email. Just an awful experience all around. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!!

Ridiculous customer service - my mouth is hanging open. I placed one order for 4 rolls of wallpaper BORDER (i.e. not that heavy!) from their clearance section and was charged $16 for GROUND shipping. I then placed another order for 4 rolls of the EXACT SAME ITEM from the regular (i.e. not clearance) section of the website and ground shipping was $11.60. When I called customer service the representative told me "it's a Yahoo website and I have no control over what the website charges you for shipping." She refused to offer any help or to adjust the shipping charges on the first order down to those of the second.

They charge excessive shipping charges on their "clearance" items so they aren't such a bargain after all. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

IF I HAD READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A BIG HEADACHE. MY COMPLAINT IS THE SAME AS ALMOST EVERYONE ELSE. I MADE A PURCHASE IN JANUARY. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY.2 WEEKS LATER I GET AN EMAIL THAT THE ITEM WAS BACKORDERED UNTIL ?. SO I CALLED THE COMPANY TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR A CREDIT. HERE WE ARE MAY 13, 2008 AND STILL NO CREDIT. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. AND IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME SONG AND DANCE ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO ACCOUNTING TO SEE WHATS GOING ON.ON TOP OF ALL THIS, THESE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE ATTITUDES. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE CROOKS. I JUST PLACE A COMPLAINT TO BBB.
