I also should have checked here first. I ordered my border only to find out that the manufacturer discontinued the item. Customer service told me it would take 30 days for my refund, which has come and gone. I asked to speak to the accounting department to check on the refund and was told that they have NO OUTSIDE PHONE LINES. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't place any orders with this company!!!

This company is running an interest scam, they are advertising products they don't have, charging your card, depositing your money into an interest bearing account, hoping you'll cancel your order when they tell your item has been backordered and who knows when it will arrive, and then they take as long as possible to issue your refund while your money sits in an account gaining interest. Do Not Order from Them! I purchased a wall mural from them at the beginning of January. I got a message that it was backordered for two weeks. Two weeks later I got another message that it was backordered for another 2 weeks. I called to cancel my order and they said it would refund in 1-2 MONTHS!!!

Awful experience. I should have spent more time reading the reviews.
I placed an order in August or September 2007 for 2 murals. Not inexpensive. Months later I get a message that my choices have been discontinued and I have to choose something else. I do this. Finally get the product and the image on one of the murals (see their Fighter Jet #OA110106M) is unclear, fuzzy, poor quality. Not at all like what I shown on the website. USA Wallpaper tells me nothing they can do, vendor is not interested in rectifying the problem. So I am left with an inferior product and they have my money. Never ever buy from this company. |

Customer Service is horrible. They claim orders are in stock that are actually back ordered and don't bother to call you to let you know there is a delay, when you cancel expect a fight to get your refund and it will take months to have your money refunded. STAY AWAY.
Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and within 24 hours of the BBB contacting USA Wallpaper they refunded my money. If anyone else is waiting on a way over due refund I suggest making a complaint with the BBB, I'm sure I'd still be waiting for a refund if I hadn't. |

Web site ordering system does not inform you if the item you are ordering is in stock or not. Neither does the person that you speak to when you make a phone order. You will not find out if it is out of stock until they have already taken your payment.
If it is out of stock, they can not tell you when it will be in stock again. If you cancel an order, you will not receive a refund for at least 30 days, even if the product was never shipped to you. The Customer Service department is extremely unhelpful. If you are waiting for a refund that by their own statements is running late, all they will do is "send an email" to accounting. Accounting apparently does not respond to their emails. No one in Customer Service is willing to do anything else for you, and even their General Manager can not answer basic questions. If you challenge them on the problem, they start giving you a bad attitude. I definitely do not recommend this merchant. |

Buyer Beware!!!
Be absolutely sure you want the product. They are extremely poor at issuing refunds. I have been waiting 5 months for my refund and my case is now being handled by the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. I have contacted USAWallpaper 10 times asking about my refund. I get the same answer. I reported them to the Ohio Attorney General's office because of the poor customer service. No one should have to wait 5 months for a refund. |

This is called stealing-charging people for items that you have no intention of sending to them and then stating that they have 30 days to refund your money. Well it's been over 60 days and multiple phone calls to absolutely no avail. Paypal says it's been 45 days so they can't help. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-They are thieves, cheaters, and liars.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered my daughter's Christmas gift with this company on November 28th. I called to see why I hadn't received it 15 days later only to find out that the table had been discontinued! The company had already billed me! I would NOT order from this company ever again and recommend that you do not as well. Now I am left trying to find my daughter's Christmas gift right before we are going out of state and during the rush of the holidays.

The shopping experience at this store was the worst I've ever experienced. I didn't found out until 2 weeks after placing my order the item was discontinued. What a horrible establishment and I can't believe that they are still in business. Also, I haven't received 2 refunds that are due to me and it has been over a month. This company website should be taken down and they shouldn't be allowed to conduct business since they "LIE" to their customers. I advise anyone who is considering purchasing anything from this store to really consider your options. The wait and the terrible customer service is not worth it. You MUST ignore the glowing ratings posted Aug. 25 obviously by people who work for this company to try to increase their rating score on this website. This company is full of a bunch of lying cheaters who steal money from customers. I waited 4 months to receive my order, and one item was damaged during shipping. They had a replacement sent, but not before charging me full price for a second time. They said I'd get a refund once I sent back the damaged item, but that was over a month ago and I still don't have my money back.

Horrible customer service...Monica was rude (and that's putting it nicely). Wallpaper border came in crushed and from 3rd party. Trying to get a direct number of the person/company that actually shipped it is nearly impossible.
AGAIN - RUDE, RUDE, RUDE customer service!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this company. I wish I did my research and found this site before ordering. Oh, and the shipping was outrageous! For the price we paid for this small 1 lb package to be shipped, you figure they could have put it in a tube mailer, not an envelope. |

BEWARE!!! Do not purchase from usawallpaper online. I purchased a comforter on JULY 12th and paid with my credit card. I was told that the item would be received in 2-3 weeks. By Aug.14th, I still hadn't received the order. I called to follow-up and was told that it would be shipped from the manufacturer in another 2-3 weeks!! At that time I cancelled the order and requested that it be credited back to my credit card. I was told that this process would take 30 days. As of Oct. 13th; I still had not received the credit. It has been over 68 days and I am still fighting with this company to have my money credited back to my credit card account. It has been a nightmare. The customer service dept. is very rude and could care less about customer satisfaction. I honestly believe that this company has a history of ripping people off~

DO NOT BUY BEDDING HERE!!! I purchased a comforter from usawallpaper and after 3 weeks finally called to see where it was. They said it would be another 3-4 weeks. I cancelled my order and bought the identical item for less at Target.com. It has now been 3 months and at least 10 phone calls and I still have not received a refund. 3 MONTHS AND NO REFUND!!!! Seriously, save yourself the frustration and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I had a great experience with USA Wallpaper! I looked everywhere to find the perfect tropical window mural for my bathroom and I found it with them at an incredible savings! Over 60%!! (Other sites had the same product listed for almost three times as much so this was a huge deal to me..) The mural arrived at my house in just a few days and I couldn't be happier with the result! I found my customer service person to be very helpful when I called in to place my order. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, especially those looking for a great deal!

Everything was outstanding except for the layout of the web site. It was hard to find the coordinating wallpaper for my border. Laying out the pages of the site exactly as they appear in the books would make it a lot easier to find what we are looking for. Otherwise, I was very, very pleased and will shop with you again!

Placed an order from Web site Friday, July 6, 2007. Paid through PayPal. Payment was taken immediately.
Received confirmation e-mail on Tuesday, July 10, 2007. No shipment date, no explanation. Called USA Wallpaper immediately to find out expected shipment date. Was told could be anywhere from six weeks to several months. I hung up, discussed it with a family member, and decided this was unacceptable, and should cancel. I called a few minutes later, still July 10, and canceled the order. As of Friday, August 24, after several e-mails, still no refund/credit/reversal. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, and will file complaints with the appropriate public and private agencies. I wish I had looked their track record with customers on the Internet. I would have saved myself a lot of grief. They have a very bad reputation. |

I ordered three recipe boxes from this company on April 29. About a week and a half later I hadn't received my order or anything saying it had been shipped, just an order confirmation saying it would be shipped. Turns out all three boxes were on back order. I changed my order for two of the boxes but decided to wait for the third. Two email with no response and four phone calls (one of which I was on hold for 14 minutes) and I cancelled the order. They emailed me saying it would be cancelled but didn't say anything about my refund. I called them again and they said it would take 30 days! So, they can immediately take my money for something that they don't even have in stock, but it takes them 30 days to return it. Today is June 18 and I still haven't received my refund.

I Ordered four wall panels three months ago and I still have not received them. Every time I call they tell me it's on back-order from the Manufacturer and that it will take another month. This has been going on for the last 3 months. Their price is good but if you ever actually get the item! I would definitely not recommend this place. It's ridiculous. I am not sure if they know what they are doing or selling.

This has been the worst on line shopping experience I have ever had. None of the items I attempted to order were in stock, but they make you actually place an order to find that out. I ended up being charged for nearly $600 worth of merchandise I never saw and 2 months later am STILL trying to get refunds. I would not advise anyone to shop here EVER. This has almost turned me off of on line shopping all together.

I placed an order for a quantity of 3 of a specific border. I thought that it would ship in less than a week. It 2 weeks after the order I am told it is a 2-6 week ship item. If I had know this I would have bought it elsewhere. Now I am waiting for a border to finish my soon to be born baby... I hope the border gets here before the baby.....

Order a set of towels (bath, hand, face). The bath towels had a slight pull but I ignored it. Then one of the face cloths was made totally incorrect. Geez - almost seems like I got "seconds". Now I want to return face towel and the process is more complicated than anything I have ever seen before.
Too painful. Better companies out there. Next time - I'll do my homework. |

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. I purchased a kid's rug and paid extra shipping to get it in two days. It did not arrive until the following week!
The rug looked cheap and of poor quality, so I decided to return it, even though the store charged me a 30% restocking fee. Plus I had to pay shipping costs to send it back. This was way back in October 2004. It is March 2005, and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!! Every time I call to ask about the refund, I am told it will take 2-3 billing cycles. Well it has been a lot longer than that! This store has the worst customer service of any store I have ever done business with -- online or anywhere! |
