I ordered Boarder in September 2008 for my daughters nursery, it is now July and I never received it. I asked for a refund and never received that either. I have called about a dozen times and each time I talked to Becky or Debby and they just Keep saying they will turn my request  in to the accounting department.In April Becky promised that I would have the money in my account by May 22nd,it was not there of course so I called today (July 7th 2009) and talked to Debby this time. She was quit rude and had no cule when I would be getting my money back and showed no interst in helping me even though there web site states and I quote(SATISFACTION GUARANTEED)

It is the least that we can do)THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Ohio. Thank you for posting this web site, I hope this helps other people.
