I ordered Boarder in September 2008 for my daughters nursery, it is now July and I never received it. I asked for a refund and never received that either. I have called about a dozen times and each time I talked to Becky or Debby and they just Keep saying they will turn my request in to the accounting department.In April Becky promised that I would have the money in my account by May 22nd,it was not there of course so I called today (July 7th 2009) and talked to Debby this time. She was quit rude and had no cule when I would be getting my money back and showed no interst in helping me even though there web site states and I quote(
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED)(If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations, we will do everything we can to make it right. USA Wallpaper guarantees that you will receive only first quality products and they will arrive free of manufacturer defects or quality issues. If any of the merchandise you receive is damaged or defective, we will arrange for it to be replaced immediately. If we can't make it better, we will refund 100% of the price of the damaged or defective goods. You have trusted us enough to buy the product. It is the least that we can do)THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Ohio. Thank you for posting this web site, I hope this helps other people.
