I did not do my homework before I bought from this company and basically have the same complaint as everyone else.  All I wanted to find was a construction themed wall border for an office in my basement, and when I searched on Google,this site kept coming up.  I will give you the fact they have a amazing selection of merchandise, but from what I have learned nothing is ever in stock.  I got the same border at homedepot and it is already being shipped! I got an e-mail stating that my merchandise was backordered 4-6 weeks, and It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.  I asked them to cancel it, and they said they would get back to me.  I then saw the charge go through.  I called the company and said that I would like to get my money back.  They told me it could take 30 days!! It is not right to be billed before it ships, and it is not right for them to hold my money.  I then checked with the bbb.org, and  there are 400 and something complaints in the last 3 years about their service.  I will not shop there again, and I am filling a claim with the BBB.  I did receive an e-mail today telling me that my order has been canceled.  No word on when my refund will be given though.  I also know that if you were to check other website reviews, they all say the same thing.  Promised merchandise, charged, and then nothing even shows up and no refund comes through.  I would suggest if you HAVE to shop there at least pay with paypal, they make it easier to file a dispute, I wish I would have used them in the first place
